apple travels is worst service. i went tofrom hyd to shiridi 10th january 2014. i booked a ticket in afzalgunj.the travel bus dont have a driver.they arranged lorry driver.the bus timming is 6pm but they started at 10pm. the reached at 2pm.
the agents dont have a manner with passengers.they are dignified worst service.they are neglect the passengers.
if you dont belive me you and see (Apple Travel)afzalgunj.
good bye apple travels...

Worst bus condition and driver training

I have travelled from Hyderabad to GOA on 10th Jan 2014 and return from Goa to Hyd on 14th Jan 2014 by Apple travels (Omer travels agency) and the condition of Volvo bus was in a pathatic situation and wrost. The drivers are not trained in driving the volvo buses and we have escaped major accidents. The travel took almost 20 hours. The aircondtion is bad and there are no curtains in the bus. The bus is having spider webs all over the place....
