Dear Sir, I am residing in Plot No. LIG B 208, Dr A S Rao Nagar, Hyderbad - 500062. APSEB personnel are installing transformer in front of my house. I am worried about the safety norms the personnel might have ascertained before installation of the Transformer. The transformer is being installed in close vicinity of the drainage and storm water drainage. In the past the soil also caved in. I kindly request the concerned authorities to re-examine the safety norms before installation of the transformer. Sir, We are residents Kranti Pleasant Apartment, Defence Colony, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, and the Fuse of our Transformer was blown off. We called the Defence Colony APSEB Office No[protected] around 6 am and no body responded to our phone call. Then we sent a note to the above Office through our watchman around 6.30 am, as no body turned up till 10 am, then one of our residents went to the above Office and complained again about the Fuse problem. We were surprised to note that the complaint sent by our watchman was not recorded at all by the staff. As far as our knowledge goes, the above Office is 24 hour service to attend to emergencies, and most of the times no body attends to our phone calls. I Rama Kishore, residing at Avanthi Nagar (mothinagar extension) with D.No. 13-5-57/1. Everyday we are having power-cut at midnight around 11 to 12 hours only our line and getting power at early hours after calling many times to electricity control board.
We have given compliant many times to local control board but no one are taking action. So kindly consider our compliant and taken action immediately.

Dear Sir,

My Electricity Bill Service No. is S9008220, and from last three months I am getting billed excessively.
My meter has no seal and I am certain that some of the neighbors are pilfering power through my meter.
I have repeatedly complained to the lineman to seal the meter but there was no response or action taken.
Our neighbors power consumption and usage are very high but they get low bills, I don't know how?

I am even willing to have a new meter box and the new meter to be placed on the pole closed to my house.
Kindly advice on how I can get the meter replaced and also make sure that no neighbor can pilfer power through my electricity meter.

Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is P.Naresh Kumar Yadav resident of H.no:9-1-1/8&9 ,Bapu Nagar ,Lunger House ,Hyderabad;We are facing lot of power failure due to lack of the Quality products which are fixed in transmission of power.Actually all electric meters of our locality are fixed to the pole box ,which don't have appropriate electric-fuse.We complained many times to the service personal to change fuse but they are saying to buy the wire and take a direct connection from pole to meter ,instead of fixing it.Actually they are expecting bribe.By doing so they can ask amount to fix the issue.


I am paying the dues very promptly before the due date only. If I am sincere about the payment of my monthly used, then what is the problem with APTRANSCO, Why they are not giving prompt the service to me?
