We have booked AC sleeper bus from APTDC for Bangalore to Tirupati, and after waiting soo long we got another poor quality bus with stinking smell and we have booked rare seats because my parents are travelling with us, but we got last seat. This is very much unexpected. We have paid a huge amount and was expected a neat and clean luxury bus.
Very unsatisfying experience with APTDC.
Please provide compensation and refund otherwise we have to take another action .
We have booked AC NEUGO HYBRID
ELITE.
Actually we need full refund from APTDC.
We dnt have other option so we have to travel with that poor unhygienic bus 2163.

After booking sleeper bus we are not able to sleep properly.

I booked a AC suite at Haritha Hill resort, Ananthagiri Araku for 11th January 2024 from aptourism online portal. Money 5040 is deducted from my bank account but booking not confirmed.
Attached is the payment confirmation, please help to reserve the AC suite room and send the booking confirmation for the same date.

If it is not possible then please initiate the refund....

I have made a payment of 2464 towards AC room on 28th. The money has been deducted from my account but the booking isn't done . What should I do now ? Kindly let me know.

I booked ticket for Araku valley from APTDC. The ticket was cancelled but my money was deducted.. kindly refund my money..

If any responsible person is there to hear my complaint from APTDC NEVER BOOK IN APTDC. I have booked 2 tickets to Thirupathi Darshan on 25th July 2014 from Bangalore. The pickup point given was Marathahally. The bus was Mercedes but it was very DIRTY and full of BED BUGS. We are provided with one GUIDE, Mr. Vishnu, but in practice he was behaving like COMMANDER and only orders. At Thirupathi, he insisted that to not to go for buying...

This is the worst service i have ever seen. They never pick their calls, the site doesn't work all the time . If it works the all the seats will be filled except the last row in the bus. After all this if you manage to book the ticket they would cancel the bus at the very last minute.

Free Advise : Never ever plan any vacation trip with APTC, its not at all reliable .

its was really bad experience to travel in aptdc me and my wife was coming back from shiridi he gave us in last seat 41 &42 u should never be seated on those ............ which has engine in down of seat its was crappy and its congested and horrible.... my wife was unable to take breath in last seat its was looking like we where sitting on gas stove when i asked him to change the seat he was asking 500 bucks he not helpful they are lier and west bukers ...we got up from seat we sat in front the seat which near to diver seat we sat on that seat the hole night even we paid for seats he dint even gave tickets voucher i thought to fight with diver and get my refund my money .....its really a nightmare i never ever seen this kind of facility given by govt buses ...people who are travelling pls be careful ...u may get fooled or u have to pay extra for nothing ..its better travel with other service provider ...the diver was stupid and unhelpful ... pls avoid crappy buses of govt
