Frequent voltage fluctuations

Sir,
We are facing severe voltage problems in our apartments.
Our electric appliances such as Air conditioners, Refrigerators etc are not functioning properly and some time they are getting damaged also.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible

power cut

Hello sir, i am a gudivada resident of street old current office road and area gopal rao pet. It's been 16 - 18 hrs since the power got cut due to transformer breakage. No authority is even trying to tackle this issue and they are not even responding properly. There are many small kids of age below 2 years too and many old people above 75 years.. How can they bear this summer heat? Its like an harassment to all our colony without power from past 16- 18 hrs. So sir please take this the issue into ur notice and please try to solve this as soon as possible

Sir the persons who has taken to use power of 11kv they neglecting the wires are on the earth the connection going to three or four kilometers. so with neglect of that thing my was expired due to current in last month[protected] the place is pittalanka village bavisettivaripalem koduru mandulem Krishna distick AP due this reason i am completing and also bavisetti balakrishna one person have expired due to current shock take my complaint seriously cancel their pemides.

Removing power line from the pole itself.

Sir:
My name is Benoni i live in Kakinada and work online. My wife and children live in Rajahmundry where she works as a librarian. We rent a portion in Korlampeta near Kambal tank. This evening the line man has removed the power line from the pole for not paying last month bill though we got 2 months bill with date till next month. The sad part is he came in the evening and took it off leaving with no chance to pay the bill today and so there is no power whole of tonight. This is a very serious thing to do. Had the line man taken it in the morning, my wife would have paid it by afternoon or immediately. He came in the evening after the bill counter closes after 5 p.m. and he did not even inform us that he is going up the pole to disconnect the electricity line. Please advice on this.

sir! i have noticed the street lights on the old bombay highway road, after tolichowki, near darga, are kept on in the day time also! why this happens? why wouldnt we feel responsible on the wastage? wont we get a guilty feeling on seeing that? we waste water, we waste everything and suffer when there is shortage and quarrel in between! coz we are INDIANS! huh! sir

h.no.11-19-59, kashibugga, elecricity service no [protected], [protected].we got in this month i.e.sep-2014 more than reading charges actually we have to pay 1955 Rs on service no.4330, Rs 1755 on service no.9572, but we got more than this.what is the meaning of as after 01-04-14 charges on us.
please take action against this.

Possible cut of electric live wires due to heavy fall of tree branches on live electric wires

Heavy Sparks are coming from live electric wires near electric pole No. 234/A/3, Anbetkrnagar, Seethammadhara, Visakhaptnam-13. Branches of a bid neem tree falling on the live electric wires. Even for small wind, sparks are coming leading to low voltage. To avoid loss of life due to possible cut of electric live wires, please arrange to remove the branches of the need tree falling on the electric live wires.
Thankful for immediate action.

Electricity theft

Dear Sir,
In andhra pradesh from past three months everybody struggling with power cuts. Even CM also given statements for power saving. But nobody taking care of power theft . Because of power cuts lot of small scale industries are lockout and people are becoming un employeement.
In agriculture 7 hours power supplying and remaining time they are giving two phase supply.
When the time of two phase supply they are using three phase convertors and using the power continiously after power cut also.
Some of the AP transco employees are taking money and supporting for this and they are not taking any action.
If they avoid this electricity thefting, we can save the lot of power and can reduce the power cuts upto 50%.
As a citizen I observed this and bringing to your notice.
If you consider my observation and taking forward this,it will help for AP state.
I will be thankful to you.

To change the current poles and transmission lines

This is nikhil and iam living in nalgonda in ravindhra nagar street , the colony people were wexed ip with the current poles and power lines , we have iron current poles since many years , poles got damaged due to rust and moisture , height of the poles is also very less , frequently current cables are getting damaged by heavy vechiles, plz slove this problem as soon as possible , we were very much thankfull to u i[censored] slove this problem

Pathetic roads

Hello All,
The road connecting Kudkullapur(4th Phase, KPHB Colony, kukatpally) and Moosapet(Anjaneya nagar) was dug for the underground electric pipe lines in april 2011. and later they closed. There is no road layed till now.
The road condition is pathatic.
There is no other way to connect KPHB other than that road. people living in Anjaneya nagar need to take a long way through Kukatpally-JNTU and then reach KPHB colony.
Its been more than one year since the AP transco dug that road and no futher development till now. We have cheched with a person who is taking some mesurements for the road on june 2012. As per his information, it will take around 7 more months to lay the road as they didnot have permission till now.
Why the AP trans co or the municipal authorities are so irresponsible?
Is it really take 2 years to repair an existing road?

ERRATIC POWER CUTS AND RUDE SERVICE

I'm a resident of Himayathnagar, Hyderabad.Since the past few weeks the notified powercut schedule was 2 hours daily (6-7 am and then 11 am - 12 pm).Now, without any prior notice its been changed to 1-2 pm in the afternoon,which is very inconvenient because of the summer heat.When asked about this change on the Complaint Cell number[protected]/8, I was given a rude and dismissive reply by a arrogant APTRANSCO employee.Now, adding to the 2 hour powercut, there is a erratic powercut every other hour for 20-40 minutes and even 2 hour powercuts late into the night causing further inconvenience during this summer time, for no obvious or sensible reason.On calling the Complaint cell number listed above, I'm always getting an engaged tone as the phone receiver has been put down.Unfortunately, this has always been the sadistic, careless and disrespectful attitude of APTRANSCO towards its consumers and nobody checks into it.I sincerely request and hope that this helpless consumer situation is highlighted and looked into and some sense and normalcy prevails.

APTRNSCO Written Test in SV Degree College,Ramanthapure,Uppal,Hyderabad. On 29/01/2012.
They Told All Students to deposit there belonging cells(mobiles) before written exam.
and after completion of written exam they are charging 5Rs from each student to return back there cells(mobile Phones) It is the worst college that i have never seen in my life till now that they are charging for it.
I request to the APTRNSCO to prevent like this situations in college please take necessary actions on managements of this college.
And Also i request to Government to not put center in this college because there is no safficiant space in this college to go for 3rd floor or 2nd floor and i also seen that after written exam to come also there is no space it takes me 5 to 10 minutes to come from 3rd floor students to main gate...............more rash.

I write in utter disgust that APTRANSCO is definitely the worst public utility in Andhra Pradesh state.The residents of Himayathnagar were informed that there would be a 2 hour powercut everyday post-diwali,but being the sadistic organization that it is,APTRANSCO unfairly extends that powercut to 4 hours or even more.Countless calls to the complaint cell[protected] have all gone in vain.The residents are helpless and confounded by this unfortunate situation.I earnestly request that these irresponsible and crooked tactics of APTRANSCO are highlighted/looked into and a agreeable and clear solution is presented in this matter.

This is to bring to kind notice of concerned officials that there is only one electric pole in one street at yellanur road beside vijalaxmi theater. nearly 40 house connections are connected to single pole. distance between pole & house is nearly more than 100 ft. whenever we ask about another pole TRANSCO officials( AEs & line man) are are demanding money of not less than Rs 20000/-. due to so many service wires are connected to single pole with too long, service wires are at very minimum height and hence these are touching to two wheeler riders also.Also facing so many problems of power supply due to huge number of connections to single pole.Hence we request you to kindly look into the matter seriously to solve the problem.

The same situation at Gokul Plots (KPHB Colony) too. Since last 2 weeks it's become more worst than ever before.
My service No. 116370 I have already paid my bill No.5145501/[protected] Rs.2172/- but your line man didn't intimate us but he is disconnected service at pole at that time we are not in home, the lineman possibility to disconnect fuse but The line man disconnect by pole. we expected He want's to bribe we are so unhappy with your service.

I am facing severe low voltage problem at my house and in our colony. Despite of repeated complaints to, no action has been taken, my electrical service number 1020.Due to low voltage
I am paying the dues very promptly before the due date only. If I am sincere about the payment of my monthly used, then what is the problem with APTRANSCO, Why they are not giving the service to me?
It is the AP TRANSCO right to give the service. I am a consumer and paying for the service given.

christain . when i went to ERO /guntakal . to pay the Bill amount .in office the JAO(KHAJAMOHIDDN) has told to me that You must pay the amount with penalty . i paid the bill with penalty ,while iam paing one musilm has came to pay bill he also did not pay the last month amount .BUT JAO(khajamodin)has put the sing on the bill and pay the bill with out Rc.

low voltage and fluctuations

Sir i have complaint regarding aptransco power supply they have put an transformer for 350 a single transformer and is always fused and low power or fluctuation whole and we dont have power for the whole night in ten to fifteen days in thirty days of whole month please see that transco people make another transformer so that the people of r.t.c colony of tirumalgiri of secunderabad. i have details below

My name is Dr.Sushant and I am a resident of Flat # 205; Tanmayee Residency; Friends Colony, Puppalguda Village, Rajendra Nagar, R.R.Dist in the surrounding area of prestigious Manikonda project and Gachi Bowli in Hyderabad. We get the electiricity from the Ibrahimpatnam Substation in the R.R Dist and when ever there is a light rainfall or wind blows the elecricity goes off and there would be hardly any one available to take up the complaints or resolve the issue. The issue happens again and again and the residents of the whole locality have to stay powerless for about 48 hours at a stretch with out power or water for domestic use. There is no drinking water in this locality which worsens the matters a lot more. The residents are totally dependant on the borewell water and without power there is not even a drop of water for drinking or cooking. When tried to contact the Fuse of call there will be no one to lift the call or the phone seems to be placed aside as to not to disturb them. Non of the authorities are ever interested in making any arrangements in listening to the customers grievences. All they know is to make the customers pay hefty bills which keep soaring from time to time but they hardly are bothered about the service they provide. Please have some insight into the matter sir and I will be obliged if you could escalate the matter to the concerned authorities and get this solved.
I am paying the dues very promptly before the due date only. If I am sincere about the payment of my monthly used, then what is the problem with APTRANSCO, Why they are not giving prompt the service to me?
It is the AP TRANSCO right to give the service. I am a consumer and paying for the service given.
I request you to please help me on my problem.Expecting for a positive and speedy action.

Electricity cuts
I live in Hakeempet kunta, in Hyderabad, of late there have been frequent power cuts lasting for several hours. It is causing a lot of inconvenience. Despite repeated complaints to 155333, no action is ever taken, but i[censored] dont pay the bill on time, the aptransco guys are promp in removing the electricity connection. we have had it with aptransco's lousy service.

I have applied for the change in name for my electricity connection on DEC 6th at Ramanthapur customer service centre, and i was told within a week time the same will be done. But still the bill is on old name. Request to ensure the name change in the next month bill. Thanks!

Hi Sir,
I am the resident o[censored]day Nagar Colony, Kharmanghat, Hyderabad. I have two complaints to register on AP TRANSCO. I have esteem regards to AP TRANSCO, but now a days the type of service being rendered is pathetic.
Complaint 1: There are frequent power cuts in the area, leaving us handicapped to do our day to day work. Previously there was a specific time when we used to know that there would be power cuts in the locations during these hours and would ajdust our day accordingly. But now a days, without any information, there are power cuts during the day and nights. This being summer, if there is power cut during the nights you can understand the problem a layman would be into.
Complaint 2: This is on the employees who work for Champapet Service Region. Whenever I give a call to register my complaint on [protected] and [protected], there is no person to answer the call and take my complaint. When I approached to residential office at this location, they say that this is the complaint booking phone number and I have to give a call on this number itself. Now a days whenever I approach the office, I find office boys there namely, Shiva, Venkatesh and Narsing, who are too rude and don't even respond in the a proper manner. When I asked to them to give AE (Assistant Engineer) contact number who belong to that location, they say that I have to give call on above mentioned numbers only and AE will speak to me. And whenever I take a leave and approach the office during the day time to meet AE, I don't find AE in his seat, and they say that he has gone to other office.
So fed up of the service being provided by the officials in this location, I am forced to write this. I also working for the customer service, and also expect a proper customer service being initiated to me in a similar manner.
I request you to take proper action on officials in this location, so that we would be treated as customers and not their slaves, whenever we approach the office. So request you to check with the powercuts and give us solution to get rid of this problem.

sir, i wish to inform you that i am a resident of bandarulanka, amlapuram mandal egdt.yesterday night my house power went off, i went to our village line man, he said comming but not come yet. is it your deparment? i have given written complaint also. what are they doing? are the rules you gave them? please cure the problem as early as possile.i called somany times but they say comimg coming. when they cure the problem they ask money. for one connection 40 or 50 they want.
