With my Aadhar authentication, I was applying for LLR on AP RTA Citizen App on 23 September 2021, the process went fine until payment success and amount got deducted. But I see that the web application failed to complete my LLR application process. So I lost my money but I could not complete LLR application. And I rised a grievance 21912475 but problem not yet solved

Please help me refund my money back.

I was booking a driving license slot on the AP AP RTA website, the process went fine until payment success and the amount got deducted. But I see that the web application failed to complete my LLR application process. So I lost my money but I could not complete the Driving slot application. Hence I have made the payment a second time and it's worked, however the initial deducted amount is not been credited to my account yet.

Please help me refund my money back and attached the payment reference number.

Hi,

Today, i have faced an issue with RTO officer - Unit office, Vuyyuru.

I have booked an Learning license appointment at 11:00 Am yesterday using APTRANSPORT.in website and i have paid required fee through online banking.

Today when i reached RTO office they have kept a board saying "RTO office is not available today because of so and soo reason".

I have contacted xerox shops near by, they are saying my timeslot booking will expire today and i need to book it again. What the [censored]?

Here this RTO intelligently & intentionally kept board outside saying he is on leave. If he is on leave why APTRANSPORT.in website accepting Time slot booking on that day? I have lost fee paid for time slot booking.

When this government servants work properly? They all are corrupted and not interested in working.
