I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 06/10/2021 in apptronix hyderabad. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

      I had purchased an iPad on 21st Jan from Aptronix Sarat City Mall. The transaction was done incorrectly and i was promised that i will receive a refund in two days. It has been 20 days I haven’t received the refund yet.

        On[protected] I had ordered fir IPAD in aptronix online. After successful payment webpage error came and there is no information regarding my order. When I see my order details it is showing no orders yet placed. But my transaction is successful which is showing at my bank end which means the amount credited to aptronix. Till now there is no information from aptronix end and when I tried to contact aptronix customer care they used to say we will check and will call you later and later on no response from their end. Kindly provide me IPAD or refund the amount.

          Hi, I came to repair my iphone it's not starting up. Contacted the store, they say it cannot be repaired. It can be repaired only in guarantee. After travelling long distance they say that online appointment should be booked before coming. This was not updated anywhere. I'm @ loss for not getting the iphone repaired. Time waste. This is how they respond to the customers during emergency.

            I took my 18 months old iphone 6 to aptronix store at gachibowli to get the battery replaced, the first time i went it was 10.30am in the morning and the staff asked me why do you want to spent 2000 rs here, bring it to my local store and i will get it repaired for lesser price, he gave me his number also. On 9th augist i went again to the same store and this time another service person denied replacing battery because ringer switch was little loose, later he agreed to replace the battery by asking me to give in writing that if phone does not power on they will not be responsible, i work for a technology company and deal with hardware components on daily basis, battery replacement will never make your device go dead, hence i agreed to it, he took my phone for inspection and told 90% it will be fine, so i agreed to pay 2krs for battery replacement. On 16th aug i went and submitted my phone on 17th aug when i went to collect it, guess what it was not powering on, bang on, they did it.. And later when i asked to give my old battery and new battery along with my phone they declined and told they will try to fix and took my phone, service people told me that they will call me about the status, but no once called. Today on 24th aug i went to the service center again and they handed over a dead phone stating nothing can be done, and declined to give me my old battery. They told that the price they charged was for replacement battery and they will not return the old battery. No where in any document it is mentioned that they will keep the old part. They are asking me to pay more 4k rs to return my old battery.
