aqua care india amc 3 years for zero b ro but now numbers not reachable

We took amc for 3 yeas on 24-apr-2018 (Contract receipt no 546) from aqua care india for our zero b ro water purifier.
Initially for our first complaint the helpline number responded and acted on complaint also. Although the response time was very high and we had to call many times for even the call to be attended but the technician finally attended the call and handled the issue.
We now tried contacting them for service and trying for past many days but not even a single number ([protected] / [protected] / [protected]) mentioned in bill is reachable.
Is there as number where we may call and get our complaint registered for a solution or what is the way out.

I took amc from aqua care india on 1.3.2018 and after that i m calling them regularly, but all phones are going incorrect after which i got no. of wave ro company they said they tookover this company so i registered my complaint there but nobody has came till date. everytime they said technician will come. but nobody came till date. mr. rajeev arora never picked the call and today mr. nishu from wave ro told me that they have cancelled the...

fraud amc provided
Aqua care india claims to be a livpure authrised service dealer. They are frauds. I took an amc from them on24 feb 18 for 3 year by paying inr 10000. After that i am never able to reach them. If i call 20 times they would pick my call once. They never turn up to service as promised.in may first service is pending but no body comes to do the same. When i placed a shifting request after going for amc they said invoice is not updated in their system so i have to reverify my amc then they will log my complain. Firstly engineer visited after 3 days of logged request more interesting he didn't provide complete service even damage main pipe line as well as ro tab of water supply during uninstalltion of my ro. When we inquire for installation and damage reparing he left our house with out discussion. Now next day i called urban clap enginner to install my ro and call plumber to reapir damaged pipe line as no body picking up my call from this service center as i need this installation on urgent basis due to my kid. Very very bad service and unprofessional behavior. Never ever buy amc from them. If you buy, rest assured your money is gone. Cheats!

Following up with they since last 2-3 months with no resolution.. and over commitment that they will refund in 3 months time.. after 4 months there is still no refund.. finally will file an FIR against Aqua Care India (RO, Purifier), NIT 5A No. 7a, Surya Faridabad - 121002 of fraud and cheating.

I have the same complaint against Aqua Care India. All 3 numbers on the bill are out of service. We need to file an FIR for fraud and cheating against them and take money back. We need to catch these people and put them behind the bars

Aqua care India is a big time fraud, I paid ₹6000/- for a year service and now, none of the numbers listed on the contract can be reached. These cheats should be caught and thrown behind bars to rot. I want a refund. The service person listed his name as Balvinder Singh-[protected].

Hi support, I am using Pureit Marvella RO. Last visit done on 12/04/2018 and some parts had been changed. Now RO started showing change CSK as RED . Urgent visit is required. I have Pureit RO+UV. Aqua care India gave me an AMC where I paid ₹7000/- for 3 years service. None of the numbers listed on the contract can be reached. The address is - NIT 5A No. 7a, Surya Faridabad - 121002. I am filing an FIR against them now. The service person name is Sanjay Kumar.
I am facing same issue and need to get the RO service done. How may we reach tem or get the job done from Aqua Care.
I am also facing the same issue. Got AMC done on 09/03/18 vide receipt no. 523 paid Rs 11, 500 for 3 years AMC. I need urgent repair for my Kent RO but their phones are not connecting. I got the repair done from local service provider & paid Rs 2300 for miscellanious repairs. Aquacare india also cheated me.
Aqua care India is surely a fraud. I took RO service from them on 27th June 2018 and paid Rs.5000 for extension of 1 year service. I was told that they are authorised service providers of livpure.
After 3-4 months when I tried contacting them for another service, none of the mentioned contact numbers were reachable.
Now I came to know that there are many others like me and I have been cheated for 5000 rupees. I want my money back and thee frauds to be punished. Here is the attached bill.

I also had the same issue with them, if anyone filed a complaint please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com, so I could also add up to it and get these guys behind bars before they did this to others as well
would like to inform that one person(Ullas[protected] as seen in the my gate records of our apartment complex in Prestige Ferns Residency, haralur (see attached page) called me on 30th August -2019 and told me that he is an agent of Eureka Forbes Water Purifier and wants to visit my apartment for renewal of the AMC of my AquaGuard RO Water purifier and also to change the candle and filter. Since my AquaGaurd water purifier AMC has expired during July-2019 and I have been getting repeated calls from Aquaguard Customer service to renew my AMC, so I also believed it to a call from genuine Aquaguard person and allowed him to come and change the filter and also transferred Rs 8530 through PAYTM Transaction ID-[protected] and paytm number as[protected].
However when that person didn’t come for changing the filter after 4 months, I had a doubt and called up the Eureka Forbes Customer care who told me that they have not received my AMC amount and they don’t any service person by the name Ullas in their employment and I can file a Police complaint as it seems their customer data has been compromised and some people were cheated by a third party aqua care who got hold of the customer data due to which they came to know the information about the AMC expiry and customer contact details.
Please refund my money back to my paytm number [protected] else I am filing a complaint in cyber crime division

I have a similar complaint I just realise thatAqua care India. It seems that they have been doing it for sometime now just being having problem with my ears with water or water purifier I kept on fighting with the customer service that I have an AMC for the last 29 years finally I realised aqua care India is not an authorised service centre for a O Smith.As a product presentation they came to my house in 2018 and sold as an AMC for Rs.10, 000 which was valid till May 20 21. As a part of the AMC they were supposed to give mandatory service visit none of which of course has happened and all the services were covered. For the last two years we been trying to get in touch with the phone number mentioned on the bell but it doesn’t seems to be working eventually we end up calling the AO Smith service centre and every time we had this argument where in they said is no AMC registered for us filing after going through these complaint the Mrs is all that they are fraud and I also intend to lodge a FIR against them.
