We took amc for 3 yeas on 24-apr-2018 (Contract receipt no 546) from aqua care india for our zero b ro water purifier.

Initially for our first complaint the helpline number responded and acted on complaint also. Although the response time was very high and we had to call many times for even the call to be attended but the technician finally attended the call and handled the issue.

Aqua care india claims to be a livpure authrised service dealer. They are frauds. I took an amc from them on24 feb 18 for 3 year by paying inr 10000. After that i am never able to reach them.
