I have booked the RO service in the month of June'24, and the technician come on 4th June 2024 and do the service and at same time i have paid them for one year LG AMC also but after 2 months RO create issue in filtration and i called the technician for check the issue and simultaneously i have called the LG also for AMC status but LG denied about any AMC in my name and these technician never came to resolve the issue till date, they daily tell that we will come today but never come. than i asked about my refund of AMC and they never replied on this and never came to resolve the issue, i am frustrated with these guys. i need my full amount back and also need the proper service. i am mentioning the phone number of the technician and the office person with whom i have talked over phone.

    Hi,

    I have booked the service from them on 11/05/2024. My Aquaguard Purifier Service Light (Green Light) was blinking so we called them to check and fix.

    The technician Ankit came, he said the filter needs to be changed. He changed the filter, charged us Rs 5100. He went saying that the filter will work fine now and asked us to empty the tank once and refill to start using it . Since it was filling so the light was blinking as normally it does. However even after refilling the tank twice the light kept on blinking as before and this time the filter was causing more noise.

    The Technician was insisting us to give him the old filter and he was almost snatching it from us. This was really unusual and we did not give him the old filter.

    We called the customer care and reported that the problem is still not resolved . They confirmed technician will visit by 5:30- 6:00 PM. From here the torture started. We kept on calling them every day and they promised for the visit and fix it but no one ever turned up. It has been more than 25 days and still there is no show from them.

    They are fully fraud and cheating innocent people.

      I have purchased a New LX ONE Filter with a two year AMC from AQUA FAST RO Service Centre on 20th Feb 2024. Within a month time the RO has started to show the problem as there is no water coming in RO. When I am trying to reach the complaint desk numbers [protected] and [protected] nobody is answering the calls. I am going to lodge a FIR against this fraud organization if i didn't any update in next 24 Hrs at my registered number.
      The Billing memo reference number 2810 can be used as a reference of purchase validation for this complaint. Such a fraud organization and fraudlent people with false commitments. I have all the artifacts with the person name Ankit (who has installed) and signed on behalf of AQUA FAST RO Service Centre and will mention his name in the FIR for a fraud conducted.
      Similar case with me as well they had charged me 6200 for 1 yr AMC and in Nov23 they provided the AMC to me now it’s may’24 only 6 months has gone and I asked them to visit my place for the service but they denied to visit my place for the services since last 5 days I am calling on their no it’s totally fake agency they are eating money and doing fraud…
      After there denial I asked Kent RO to visit for service so during there checked membrane and both filter were not good and all are fake and PH we’re coming 13 it’s really frustrating that this kind of fake agency are running openly in market

        I have purchased AMC on November 2022 for 1 years. When I was called on 1st November 2023 then person will visit 03rd November 2023.and he was saying your RO membrane is not working that why TDS is coming 800 and I have already changed one time membrane so you need to pay again renewal charges. I was not option at that time because we were using 800 tds water from 01 week while my AMC will be expiring in November 2023. Any way I have paid and again purchased AMC on 3rd November 2023. Person had changed the membrane and after changes membrane tds was coming 200. Person commited it will be reduce in one day. After 2 days it was showing approx 600. Again I have called on 05 th November and he was committed person will visit on tomorrow and no one visited on 06 th November. I have called 100 times plus but no one responded. Again I have called on 07 th November approx 20 times then person visited approx 03 pm. When I talked for procedure for money refunded they are abusing and misbehaving. Now I have 10 calls from company customer number and they are abusing and threatening calls. It is my humble request no one purchased AMC such types of company. Always read a review then only purchased. This company owner not run a company he is looting/robery in Delhi ncr. If needed then I will FIR will lodge against this company.

          I have booked the service from them on 2/10/2022. The technician came the next day to change all the filters and membrane also. I opted for kent filters to which they charged me ₹3450 total. I couldn’t check it as my water tank didnt have water that day due to tank cleaning. When I turned it on the next day it didnt work. Only wastage water was flowing but nothing in the filter tank. A technician came the next day and fixed that. Water had a weird taste since than. Even the water tasted better. I called the technician again.. another tech came and informed that the motor has an issue due to which it is not filtering it. Everything was ok a day earlier when another tech guy came. I didn’t pay these fraudsters and called a service guy from urban clap to check. (My mistake was that I didnt check what the guy who cane to change the filter installed). When the guy from urban company opened the ro infront of me, first thing he told me was, there os no carbon filter installed, to my surprise both were sediment filters. Moreover as per the tech guy from irban company one of the filter was installed incorrectly.. he suggested that motor may have got defected due to which it os not filtering. I have got the motor changed from them after that also it didnt work, urban company guy suggested that the membrane is also an old one. Kent is not manufacturing those ones. I have checked online .. Kent is making color ful ones now ie pink or blue.. the one these guys were nstalled was actually the kind of one I had got in my kent when I purchased it. Urban company tech suggested me to call the aqua ppl and get the filter changed as the ones they have installed are old most probably used ones.. I was doubting him I thought may be he wants to sell his filters.. so i have told him that I will get it done with them only and if he can come when the guy from Aqua comes. He agreed. The guy from UC was really good. I have been calling these aqua ppl .. they said they will send the tech.. and they didnt install anything old. As soon as I have told them that I will call a guy from krnt for the confirmation they are not responding now.. I have tried calling, , sent messages on whatsapp. Called all the numbers those were provided. I am not using my ro now. Have been drinking bisleri. This is very frustrating and harrassing… I f these aqua guys were genuine atleast they would respond and send somebody to check but no turned up. Even the tech who came to install is not answering. I am providing the numbers and address below.

          I have just spoken with the tech who came to install the filter. I have asked him if he installed the correct filter.. he said company only had 2 sediment filters so they have given that only and he installed. He said it does nt matter if yu install the filter correctly or opposite it still works fine( I have no knowledge if he is correct but I doubt) Upon asking why was he paid .. he answerd that he was paid to change filter and he did.. he has absolutely no concern about the water if it is filtered or not. I am frustrated with my self because just to save money I have hired these illiterate ppl to do the job.
          Dear Vijay ji did you got support/help on this. Because similar thing was happened with me also.
