I am highly disappointed with experience regarding this order & Archies customer care executives. First of all, they delivered the flowers today instead of 15th Aug (Actual Anniversary date) & spoiled my surprise. The anniversary date was 15th Aug and these guys delivered the flowers today (13th Aug) and ruined everything.

Secondly And I have ordered Yellow roses set ...and these guys delivered some cheap Red roses...I want...

I have order item in archies online. They about to deliver the product on or before 13 th of feb 2019. I have paid money online mode. Till date my product not received. And they are not responding to any calls and mail.
