I purchased a new book from my nearby shop that is{ Arihant Andhra /Telangana eamcet chapter-wise solutions[protected] mathematics }

there I can find URLs given for a few of the question papers when I type the URL I am unable to find the page [i am attaching u the screenshot]and also I am unable to open the QR code.

The book order 48521 has not yet been delivered by them and the customer service is also not responding arihant books as well as i have already paid for it

I ordered my books worth 440 on june 16. Today it is july 2 but till i didn't receive any information about my oder. My order i'd is 45291. I paid for my order and still no information abt the delayed delivery time. I contacted their customer service through email and phone calls but no response (Very poor customer service). Better instead of cheating people better close ur online portal. I need action to be taken about my complaint. I need either book or my money asap and even my exams are nearing. I would never ever order anything from this site.

I have brought a book of airmen x group and i found a lot of mistakes in it which was irritating. So i want action against it otherwise i will complain in consumer foirum. Ihave mark some errors like that on page 54 and on 61where calculation mistake as well as formula mistake is there. I want to company to remove there books from market as soon as possible

I bought bitsat prep guide published by arihant after reading all the comments on quora but when i bought this book and started solving this book i found a lot of mistakes which is just irritating. So, if someone is looking after this message and preparing for bitsat better buy another book instead of arihant's bitsat prep guide. And if the company is reading after this message you better compensate me for this. I would all bitsat aspirant to buy cengage books instead of this arihant book.

I ordered a book namely Railway Recruitment Board RRB ( Non Technical Cadre) 2016 of Arihant publication from Arihant's website on 5/1/2016. I paid the amount online.But I did not receive the book yet. My order number is A262536
Please help me to get my book as early as possible

I ordered a book on 8TH MAY to prepare for my exam. They sent order confirmation and the book has been dispatched VERY FAST on 20TH MAY. I dunno where is my book now. customer service lady says that it has been sent thru India Post. But my area post office mam said that no parcel is received. I am getting irritated. My exam is nearing. waste of ordering that book. I paid thru online. 591 rs is a big amount of loss for middle class ppl like me. Poor customer service. A lady picks my call and she ll talk like A sluggish fellow. No response to my n number of mails. Who is paying salary for these ppl who does not know to serve the customers?? better arihant books should close their online portal. Stop cheating the poor ppl.I was shocked to see lot of complaints regarding arihant books delivery. I should have reviewed about this portal before buying. but I ordered in an urgency. I need either my book or money. More over I need justice in this democratic country.

I have ordered for 36 years JEE physics reference . After filling all details when i was subjected to the payment page it showed everything in correct after filling OTP i receive the message on my mobile that my debit card has been used for 343.25 rupees transaction with POS and IN txn# number, but still the arihant page showed transaction failed . As i tried again the same thing happened again in next transaction and overall of 686.25 rupees are deducted from my account .

On 20th Aug, 2014, I purchased a "SSC Book" online for my wife from ARIHANT BOOKS COMPANY (Transaction ID: MHCC[protected], Order Id: A84337) for Rs 310/- and paid them through credit card online.

6 days has gone by, I've not received even the tracking ID for my order through mail. They also not updated the
tracking Id with my order on their website. I called all the following numbers provided on their website:

I kept on trying but nobody is picking up the phone for the above mentioned numbers. Then I called their exclusive
showroom number[protected] at DaryaGanj and the person informed that he don't have any idea of the online purchase and asked me to contact the following numbers:

It's again very surprising that no one has picked up the phone from the above numbers as well.

I feel ARIHANT BOOKS have cheated me and taken my money. This company is doing fraud. Why are they running such website and accepting orders online?

They have changed their contact number too. It is now +[protected]. I called to this number also. But still no one is picking up the phone. Now I have doubt if I will get my ordered book. SSC CGL Tier II exam is soon to be held. They are not updating me by any means about my order.

Sir, Please advice what step should I take to get back my money paid through my HDFC credit card. I would request you to look into my case and help me with quick solution as they cheated me in my dire need time of having the book.

i ordered a set of books worth Rs700 on 1-june-2014 and it is 12-june-2014 today and i have not received any update on the product except that in a page an order confirmation alone is displayed.when i mailed to their customer service they did not reply and i tried calling two telephone numbers which were answerd but no one talked. i have paid the cash through card in advance and they treat a customer like i am getting it for charity on the other hand service by flipkart jabong snapdeal are all cash on delivery and they give update in real time and we can pay in cash on delivery. the service by arihant is the worst i have ever faced

I had ordered two copies of a book from Arihant e-stores. The payment was done in advance through my bank of baroda card. But then arihant started playing games.They never delivered the books and when i called them they hardly had a solution.They said we would refund you but they did not.I am a student and 800 rupees is a big amount for me.Plus the cat exams are coming near and they are delaying books which i wanted.Please help me out.This is information about their contact:
