Ordered a lehanga worth 2500 from this site. But never received the item till today. This is a fraud site. I realized after doing payment. What can done. Can anyone guide me on this. Seriously they have cheated so many people. A serious action has to be taken. They can be caught by the bank payments they are taking. Bank must be having their details. Please help....

Ordered a gown from "arrival fit" and they sent me a duppata. I have sent them various emails for refund but they haven't replied. When i checked their fb page i found out that they regularly send cheap wrong products and make money by fooling people. They need to shut down n i need refund.
