I have paid money to buy flat in Arrow city Manhattan, pen project on 2012. There is no confirmation about the flat.

I too had invested for 2 x 2 BHK Flats wherein have completed the registration of both the flats in 2011 however there's no update on the construction & possession till date. It's been more than 10 years now and all my hard earned money has been invested in this Project .Request someone to please also add me in the common WhatsApp Group to fight together.

My money is stuck in the Pen township since 2011!! The Arrow city Manhattan builders promised to give possession in 3 years i.e. by 2014 and it's mid 2019 now!! Ihave been trying to reach them, tried all their contacts given in documents, but in vain. Also they shifted their office from CBD Belapur to Andheri and now even Andheri office is closed. I do not know how to reach them. I am worried about my hard earned money which they fraudulently kept as a down payment and refused to lay even a brick from last 8-9 years.
