I am writing to you on behalf of my mother, Mrs Yvette Gonsalves.My mother has received some interest warrants, which unfortunately she did not deposit into her account, due to her ill health.

I have already mailed the original interest warrants by courier about 10 days ago to the Hyderabad office. Would be grateful if the interest warrants are renewed and returned to my mother...

In this regard many phone calls are made and a reminder letter is also sent . This attitude of organisation is not accepable...
