Close unauthorised loan

I have checked my sivil score my report showing one active loan company name is Arthimpact Digital Loans (happyoan)
Loan amount showing is Rs5, 000/-
But I have not applied the loan from this company . My PAN No : BTJPM1372G
Request to please closed the loan account immediately .

Loan showing in cibil report which is not taken by me

I have never taken any loan from arthimpact digital loans..
But thete is in my cibil data, showing an account with some balance..
I tried to download their application, but there is no app with name "arthimpact digital loans".
Finally i found an app eith name 'arth' on playstore and downloaded it and tried to login by using my mobile number to check the loan data..
But there is no option to get the data..
Who is taken the loan..?
Is any solution to this problem..?
The report showing in my cibil badly affecting me...
