ARTIS Bluetooth left side speaker is not working

I purchased artis vip 400R plus 400watts psu from Flipkart...now it's stopped working

I need warranty... invoice mailed them
I tried to contact them via email, contact number, and their website portal...but no Response...

Bought Bluetooth speakers BT54 from company's authorised distributor located at Amravati at the rate 1400rs which is sold by the company at company's official website ARTISSTORE.COM afor rs999.me and authorised distributor both talked with the area sales manger of pune who handles the sales department of this region said "its not company's fault, its customers fault, they even dont know that their official website is selling the product at 999rs not the other e-commerce websites.he didn't talk properly, he said if you have guts go talk to the upper Management and didn't tell me his name also.mailed to company's customer care emailid, didn't got the reply yet and the headquarters located in WADALA, MUMBAI is saying talk to Pune's sales manager, we dont handle this problems.was surprised with the great co-ordination between the management and plus its an indian company, how will made in india succed when this type of companies are getting registered.
