मेरी कार Indigo CS No. UP14BD1909 Registration 2010 NGT के आदेश के कारण BLACK LIST कर दी गयी है। मैं इस कार को ललितपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश ट्रांसफर कराना चाहता हूँ। अतः आपसे सानुरोध निवेदन है कि कृपया आप कार को Black list से हटवाने की कृपा करें ताकि मैं इसकी NOC ले सकूँ।

Dear sir,
I have purchased an 2nd hand car and applied to Durgapur ARTO for ownership transfer. The owner ship transfer was completed on 14th October, 2020 but I have not received the blue book till date. The status my application is enclosed. Being a physically challenged person it is impossible for me to attend RTO office frequently in search of my RC card.
So, I am requesting you please do the needfull.
