Fraud my makemytrip

Hi,
Makemytrip is a fraud company, first they done duplicate booking. Then deduct all the charges and cancelled wrong booking without confirming me. Completely fraud. I want refund of my charges for booking id NF[protected]. They have promised to waive off the charges, and I clearly told them to confirm the same to me, but without intimating to me, they cancelled wrong booking....
