I have booked for Singapore n malayasia trip a month before COVID . The trip got cancelled and till date they have not refunded my money of 60000 ra I have all the proofs of amount paid .

    I had booked Dubai tour package of Rs 1 lakh through them. 5 days before departure i asked them about my tickets & vouchers, they said they are going in loss and will refund the money. 2 years are over and still they have not refunded my money. They are cheating customers of India my taking their money and not providing the services. Do not book any package through them. There are so many other renowned companies. Book through known companies.

      The owner Arun Sharma is a thief, he will take money from your and will not give you any service or any tour package like he did with me. There are a lot many complaints against him in many police stations as he did fraud with many people, he took their money and ran away. Police is searching for him but he is under ground some where.
      I booked a tour package from him back in 2017 and transferred the money for ticket booking. He did not book any ticket and didn't refund my money back since then. He never picks up the phone but reply on whatsapp. When I ask for my money back the default reply is next week or next month, its going to be almost 2 years now but still my 45000 balance on him and now he even misbehaves with me and says bad words to me.
      I'am writing this post so that no one else may fall in his trap as he is an expert in doing so.
      Who so ever writing a positive post for ARV is either paid or their own employee

        Gentlemen, its a total fraud company, they took the advance payment for tour booking &cancelled it afterwards.
        I have been running after them since january 2019 for refund but they didnt pay back even their office is close.

        Rajesh singh and arun sharma both are same people and cheaters as well.

        Before booking anything with them please check list of fir's against them in vasant kunj police station.

        Please don't trust them.
        They are cheaters and will take all your money.

          My experience was horrible with ARV holidays. We booked for Maldives trip through ARV and just a day before the trip our bookings were cancelled as this fraud company didn't pay money to the resort and hence our trip was cancelled. After that, he started asking for more money to make the trip happen which we denied. Even after multiple reminders and mails sent, that cheater Arun Kumar is not refunding our money and didn't even pick up calls. I want my money back.

            Beware of a r v holidays pvt ltd its a fraud company they dint have any services or packages they are here for cheating and fraud only they will mail you cheap packages then other travel agent and when you transfer money to the company they will not response and they will not pick your call. Recently i booked package of singapore and transferred them 50000/- rs now they are not returning my money back
            Dear Mr Madaan

            We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We have investigated the matter and found that Singapore visa was already issued to you and you have travelled also on those visa. Your refund was only Rs. 40, 000 which was delayed because you had cancelled the trip at last minute.

            Your refund is under process and same will be credited to you in appx. 15 working days.

              Hi all,
              Arv holidays is a cheating company.
              Arv holidays located in delhi (http://www.arvholidays.in/) (http://www.arvholidays.com/) is one of the best online cheater in our country in the field of tourism. The managing director of this company arun is a fraud and cheater, who has cheated many tourists like us.
              Last month (November 2018), we planned for a trip for 05 members to malaysia for 04 nights and 05 days. A guy with the name “rajesh singh” contacted us from arv holidays and gave us a quote for 2.5 lakhs and asked to deposit half the amount as advance. Since we are fine with the package we provided him the advance amount, later on he started forcing us to make the balance payment threating us that the deal will close if the payment is not fully settled. He didn’t even provide us any confirmations on the hotels or flights, when we requested the same he gave us confirmations on hotel booking (Later found these are not true). He said he will provide the entire original confirmations on november 26th as our trip was on november 29th, 2018.
              Believing in that we provided the balance amount to his bank account. From the very next moment, he started not attending our phone calls. We tried for number of times but still today (December 05th) he is not picking up our call. On november 28th, after trying to contact him a person named “sandeep” from arv holidays contacted us and said that the guy “rajesh singh” is terminated and we will refund the amount. But still today, we are calling him and they don’t respond to the call or the whatsapp conversation. They are always online in whatsapp but they don’t reply or attend the call.
              Meanwhile, we also checked his office address in delhi and it was closed. When we enquired nearby they said it was closed for more than a week and the company runs in debts. They also informed us that few other also arrived to that address stating that they have been cheated.
              We have all the mail conversations regarding the package and whatsapp details regarding the conversation we made with this fraud company. Also, all the positive review posted are all fake reviews posted by the employees themselves.
              Please be careful with have awareness on this cheater – arun from arv holidays. His contact number is[protected],[protected].

                Mr. Arun sharma talks nicely until they get the money but services are not good as expected and the amount was not returned as promised.

                1. Air asia baggage allowance extra charge - 2310 inr
                As an agent he must be knowing how much luggage a person can carry but he didn't think about those things but booked the ticket from low cost carrier airlines which has lead me to pay an additional amount of 2310 inr, normally each person is eligible for 30 kg while travelling out of india but where i was asked to carry only 10kg

                2. Scoot flight transaction declined for the credit card transaction done by arun sharma - 660 myr = 10550 inr
                This is because mr. Arun sharma has done a transaction in the past with his credit card and the transaction was declined but where as i had to pay the penalty at the last minute to scoot flight

                3. Changi airport to vhotel = 17 sgd
                I was informed by arun after waiting for around 2 hours with a small kid and my wife indicating that car driver met with an accident so he could not come for pickup so i had to catch the taxi to reach the hotel

                4. Hotel room upgrade = 100 sgd
                This was mutually agreed but he confirmed that he will pay this amount after landing in india

                5. Room extension = 179 sgd
                This is a blunder mistake as a travel agent he know very well that i was travelling with my 2 years son but he did book a ticket from singapore at 12am but where as i was asked by the hotel authorities to vacate from hotel by 12pm, where i had to stay with a small kid - this depicts his planning capability

                6. Vhotel to airport cab = 20 sgd
                I was asked to pay from money my end which will be reimbursed after reaching india

                I have called to his mobile several times, messaged him in what's app and finally called his office as well but till now there is no response and he is not reachable. He is a perfect fraud and arv is not a trust worthy travel agency to be in touch with

                  Package requested: 2 adults & 2 children (1 with bed & 1 without bed + with dinner with flight) (Refer attachment-1)
                  Amount paid: 2, 50, 000/-
                  Package provided: 2 adults & 2 children (Without bed + without dinner) (Refer attachment-2)
                  Actual amount: 2, 04, 000/-
                  Amount to reimburse: 46, 000/-
                  Refer attachment-3 for all correspondence have been done with mr. Arun sharma (Founder), where he just kept promising to reimburse the amount. Now, in last few emails, he has stopped responding also. More than 7 months have been passed to this issue without getting any money from him.
                  This is really wondering after accepting for reimbursement, why does arv holidays not pay the amount? It is the mistake of arv holidays, though they treats this matter in very irresponsible way.

                    We planned our international travel with them in august and paid the lump sum amount, they cancelled the tour just 6 days prior to the dates and we still have not got the refund.
                    The agony and compromise we had to go through because of their unprofessional behavior is a different matter.
                    I strongly recommend against using this company for any of your tours, arun sharma - the guy who runs this company is not be believed with your hard earned money.
                    Please stay away from them.

                      I had booked a trip to malayasia from arv holidays. Everything got finalized and they submitted a finalized offer and advance payment was made in march.After that till date they have been fooling me around by regularly changing representatives. I have send them repeated mails called them repeatedly but till date they have not reverted back and i am in a deep dilemma
                      Booked a Dubai tour package with this idiot Sharma, and he cancelled the hotel booking the day we reached Dubai stranding me and my family at the airport the whole night. This stupid idiot promised a refund but never got my money back, it is almost a year now .I wonder how he can sleep at night.

                        I had booked the package for manila for rs.21000 all inclusive including hotel transfer, sightseeing for rohtang pass and manikaran sahib with individual car
                        I have face following problems
                        (1) when we reach manali, we have been told that you will be provided a individual car hotel transfer, but forget about individual, the car itself was not there to pick us up from bus stand.. We called to contact person in manali for arv holidays (Mr. Rampal), he replied that the hotel transfer is complementary, as there is very traffic on the road he is not able to provide any vehicle for hotel transfer and advised me to pick any auto rickshaw for hotel. Again i celled to arv staff; we realized that all the mobiles were switched off. The hotel where we stayed (Hotel snow peak retreat) was good.

                        (2) after reaching hotel, transport partner of arv holidays called me and demand for 4000/- per couple extra for visiting rohtang pass in advance with shared vehicle. We explained him that, as per package there is a private car for rohtang pass trip, for which we have already paid. But transport partner of arv holidays said that “if you want a private car then you have to pay 7000/- extra”. I[censored] interested then call me back. I called to arv holidays office nobody received the call.

                        This was a very disgusting behavior of arv holidays. That time we felt that we have cheated by arv. This is a case of ips 420. I got totally harassed. As we were in a unknown city very away from delhi therefore. We were very helpless. I would recommend not to book from arv holidays ever. They are cheaters...
                        I want that arv holidays apologize for cheating and pay back my money for the package.

                        I had booked my Dubai package through Arun Sharma from ARV holidays pvt ltd in December 2017 and my departure date is 26 Jan 2018. He said i will get the tickets and vouchers 5 days before departure. But 5 days before departure i come to know that he has cancelled my booking and then not answering the phone calls. Also i got information from some of his employees that he has cheated other customers also and also not paid employees salary from past 3 4 months. He has spoiled my vacation. I am going to take this to higher government authorities if my money is not returned at the earliest and will make sure that will cancel all his licenses and take him behind bars. Online indian authorities should check such websites and their workers if they are fake or true and should take very very strict action against such people.

                          I had taken Malaysia local sightseeing and meal[dinner] package from ARV holidays for the dates:26-31 August 2015. This package included dinner with a condition that the restaurants will walkable from our hotel accommodation. Please find below, mail from the agent On Jul 21, 2015 4:25 PM, "Vandana Singh" wrote: Dear Mam, first Please confirm me Petronas twin tower you want include in this package or not. 2. Please mention the distance from the hotel to the Indian restaurant. You havent confirmed if it is walk able.= yes walkable 3. Also elaborate on the places and ticets covered in day1 city tour.= yes every thing included On the first day, I discovered that the restaurant where the dinner coupon was provided to us was more than 15kms away from my accommodation.I had to spend Rs.1500 to and from the restaurant unwantedly. I immediately called Vandana, my tour agent.She argued that the restaurant was indeed walk able from our restaurant .After lot of discussions, she accepted her mistake and promised us that she will refund the amount for the next 3 days dinner coupon. Please find below, the email conversation. Vandana Singh Aug 27 to me Dear Sir, Greeting from ARV Holidays Pvt Ltd !!! As per our discussion, I am cancelling your 3 dinner coupon, only today s dinner not able to cancel and we will refund you INR :2100/- Total. Please confirm us... Based on the above email confirmation, we didn’t use the dinner coupon for the next 3 days. After coming back to india, they are now dragging the refund for 2 months stating that we have used the coupon. How can we use the coupon if it was not provided to us in first place? ARV holidays has a Malaysian partner ‘Redapple’. ARV now claims that red apple is not giving them refund as they are arguing that we took the coupon. Redapple takes signature from guests for the service they provide. Please see the attachment for the services provided. This indicates clearly that we haven’t taken the meal vouchers from them. When we are spending lakhs for an international tour why will we beg them for 2k. It is not about money, it is about being cheated. ARV holidays is a big time cheat. They have an extremely incompetent agent Vandana [Ph. No: [protected] ] who doesn’t understand or speak proper English.It takes lot of follow up to make her understand what we really want. Her standard answer for any question is ‘Yes ma’am / yes sir’. Her incharge Arun [ blames us for everything and doesn’t take the slightest effort to solve customer’s problem. Please find attached, his irresponsible answers. I have all solid proofs including

                          Please check all your communication and we always request our guest that they should take meals {lunch and dinner} there only, so they get flexibility. We Only include breakfast in our package. But you insisted to include the meal coupons in the package, which we did. Once you arrive there in Malaysia, you informed us that you do not want to go for meals as restaurants were away. So in that case also we manage to cancel 1 Dinner coupon. It is not possible to cancel the pre purchased services at last minute. Since on international trip, we have to always pay for all services before guest check-in, so our guest don't face any service issue.
                          Even after this, we had already processed your refund from our end on 19th Oct. 2015. You can find below the transaction details.
