I have paid Rs 3 Lakhs for plots in Mendhasala, Bhubaneswar, Odisha in 2011 from Ascend Creations Bhubaneswar. Land Sale Deed has been made.
But, till today, Ascend Creations Bhubaneswar has not handed over the plotted land.

Dear All, I bought two plots measuring 4000 sqft from Ascend creations Phase-6 owned by Mr Chandra Sekhar Pati in the year 2006.The plot is registered in my name but as on date I have not got possession of the plot. When called to their number nobody is responding .They are shifting their offices from place to place. When talk to the attendants they are giving different dates to go but when visited nobody would be there. Kindly...
