I need this problem resolved quickly. I'm blocked and unable to update KYC. As a result, I'm not able to withdraw money.

I'm simply getting emails from the Support team stating it's solved and in truth nothing is solved.

*beware of the car movers*

A organized crime is happening regularly in transportation of vehicles, we have booked with different transporters but all those transporter is running by a same group of people, who have cheated us by getting money by blackmailing us and not delivered our car.
We have given enquiry in various websites to relocate our car then we have got quotations from various transport people and we booked with the least quoted people, unfortunately we have been got in the trap of the same people called arun kumar, deepak yadav, rahul, mohan singh and neeraj.
They have said us that they will do door to door pickup and delivery, they promised they will deliver the car within 7 to 9 days. But after pickup of our car they started blackmailing for more money then only they will deliver, we also paid them the money they asked but after complaining to police after a month they have parked our car in some parking area in and around delhi and gurgoan and sent the parking slip photo in whatsapp. Then we have got our car from the parking lot paying rs.500 for parking. We suspect the parking lot people also their members. As of we know they are running transports in the name of
Rachit cargo movers
Shri shyam cargo movers
Shri krishna logistics
National cargo movers

And we suspect they are running the website called www.logisticmart.com from this website they are getting our numbers when we enquire and they giving low quotation to trap car transport booking people. When we fight on phone to deliver our car, they are breaking some parts like lights, handle, windshield, glasses and making dents in our car.

Hello,

This is to inform that i have already given my goods for shifting to ashish international packers and movers from bangalore on 16th oct 2017 but still i am yet to receive docket number from them and insurance paper. Everyday when i call they say that they are giving the docket number but still they are unable to provide. They also charge higher price than what committed in phone.

Please let me know what actions are needed.
They also committed that goods will reach by 1 week but i think they havent loaded into the truck.
