This is in reference to my order with ASICS India . I had ordered shoes from ASICS India website and upon receiving, I tried the product. But I did not like the quality of the product and immediately placed a request to return the product. (All the original tags were attached).

The product was picked up but after some days I received the mail stating that I had used the product and that is why my return request has been rejected.

I had just tried the product and immediately raised the request to return the item. I have kept all the original tags attached as well.

This is regards my recent Asics shoes purchase.
I happen to purchase Asics shoes from the store located in Rmall, Mulund west on 30/10/22.

Asics brand name is huge but the quality and after sales service is very disappointing.
It had not even been complete 2 months and the shoes sole started coming apart. The store refused replacement (as per warranty) because the shoes were on discount, but the shoes didnt even last for 2 months properly, being from one of the leading brands.
My usage is not even very rough and just limits to walking that too for limited period of the day...these shoes are categorised as running shoes, had i used it for running, i guess it wouldn't have lasted for more than a month considering the current state of my shoes.

I'd been using shoes from Nike which were also bought at discounted price, but never have I received such a pathetic quality of product.
Highly disappointed in Asics Brand. Any other leading brand would've given an exchange under the warranty, but Asics India refused, thus putting a shame on the brand name!
Asics doesn't live upto it's reputation, and I would insist to never buy any article from Asics India mainly the sale items.
I guess some local brand would have lasted more than Asics shoes.

I recently ordered from ASICS a jacket which has successfully delivered to me but I am not satisfied with my product. So I raise a return request my ordered has successfully picket up from my home and I receive a mail that your product has reached to our hub and it is in under quality check . They said that your product is used which is totally wrong I don’t wear a jacket even a single time . So please help me to get my money back amount is 4199 . Order date 24 December 2022 return request placed 3 January 2023 Product receive by ASICS hub on 5 January 2023 Order I’d 28217661 .

I have purchased asics gel nimbus 24 running shoes for 15000 rs from the Asics outlet located in Lulu mall, Binny pet area, Bengaluru.
Both the shoes started peeling its cushion at the heel crown area. I have complained to the outlet in June first week (within 90 days warranty). They inspected and came back as it's a wear and tear issue and cannot be accepted for warranty. I was really not satisfied with the durability and quality of this product. I have used multiple running shoes like Puma, Decathlon (Kalenji) etc. Atleast minimum 1.5 yrs they used to be Ok. After paying 15000 rs, the shoe did not last for even 3 months. It was really hurting to me. Please do some justice.

The issue that I have experienced was On 4 july i ordered one short and on 17 July a message came said it was delivered . It but the short didn't arrived and on the website it says delivered. Order Id #FL[protected]

I would be really glad if you could address this problem i really hope through this medium you will be able to solve this situation of mine.

Hello sir i had ordered shoes online from asics company i got the shoes but i didn't like it so i returned it but i haven't received my payment yet I have also called and mailed the company many times, I have not received the answer yet, it has been 10/12 days, I am worried please help
