Dear team,
I appliead for home loan amount rs 600000/- but rcvd saction letter amounting rs 616650/- stating rs 16650 is policy charges. I just downloaded aspire parivar app to check my details but no policy details available with my loan no.
I called the branch manager for the same then he just said i will check n inform. I called up customer care to check the details but that guy transferred my call then its disconnected n now they r not attending my calls.

I also have not rcvd benefit of pradhanmantri yojna.
When i asked they are saying its mandayory to have ownership on joint name in combination of one male n one female.
Pls do assist on mentioned things.
Pls do the needful on urgent basis.

I was filling hoam loan application form through an agent of aspire hoamfinanace. After enquiring loan policy to aspire executive he told me that the rate of interest is 13.5%. When i discuss with aspire agent she said that branch manager will give less than 10% rate of interest. But latter i came to know that the rate was same 13.5%. Then i told her to stop processing my check. After 4-5day aspire executive came to my office for investigation. I told him alredy about loan cancellation and then he notified my hoam loan cancellation in his diary & reason for cancellation. So how aspire hoam finance can given me sanction letter without any investigation & how do they deposited my check even though i cancelled my check.

I have taken Home loan from your Tilak Branch, Pune in the month of May 2016. As per discussion with Ms. Geeta i had applied for Loan documents xerox copy for myself. Which documents have to provide by you for customer record. I had submit written application on 10th August, and your staff Miss. Snehal promise me that she can provide me document within 3 working days.
Now your staff given me many reason. There is no service from your bank from 1st.

Could you please share the ECS form to activate home loan transfer from my salary account from HDFC to your Aspire loan account?

I have moved from Pune to Hyderabad now, so I can't come to Pune for some time. So I would like to change the existing bank from SBI to HDFC. So please send the ECS forms. I will take printout of it and get the signed from HDFC bank and send you through courier.

I tried download the form from your website (http://www.ahfcl.com/) but you do not have that option or you have nowhere mentioned about it.

Hi Maine aapka home loan liya hai mera pre emi bhi chalu hogaya hai . But aapke offece employee ne 2 bar chq wrong bharne ke karan account main balance rahake bhi bounce hogaya hai aur usaka reason bhi wrong writing hai . As discussed with you following mistakes were done by your team -


1. My Correct Name is Amit Sundar Sawant(as per Pancard, Address proof) whereas same was mentioned "Amit Sunder Sawant" in your sanctioned letter

2.I have requested for 20 years tenor but same provided as 25 years as per your sanction letter received by me.

Request you to do the changes on urgent basis & issue me revised sanction letter.

It is mistake from your side so I will not sign any modification forms.

Also I required following documents from your side -

1)Xerox copy of Application form & all documents which I have signed at the time applying for the home loan
2)Sanction Cheque copy Xerox
3)Rs.5500/- provided by cash to your sales executive so required receipt of the same for franking & Notary.
3)Welcome letter, Amort schedule, Loan a/c number

My humble request you to kindly take action on above points before my EMI will hit on 10th October 2014 or otherwise I will write to the next complaint team.

Now my 2nd EMI will hit on 10/11/2014 and I have not received any revert from your team.
