My name is ravindra patil, pune and i have not taken any loan from aspire home finance in my life. Some aspire customer has taken home loan and registered my mobile number[protected] as registered mobile number with aspire. Now since last 02 years every month i am getting unwanted reminder calls and sms to pay emi. Number of times i called aspire home finance and requested to change this number, but no action has been taken. I am herewith request to intervain in this matter and ask aspire to remove my mobile number from their system immediately.

My self goutam bhaguji dolas, residing at flat no. 405, dwaraka housing society, dehugaon, pune - 412 114. Purchase said flat in 2015 and residing in same flat since 2015. Also i have all the related document of purchase of flat. Index ii is attached for your reference.

Yesterday on 20/03/2018 one of ahfcl officials named sachin garade came to my house and said that one mr. Amol gedewad had taken loan on my flat from your bank. I have asked for details but no details given by him to me. How can you pass a loan to third person on my flat without any documents.

Have ahfcl not done any physical verification before passing loan??

I request you to investigate the case and take the necessary action.. And confirm back.

I am having a loan from the company with loan no. LXBHO[protected]. My account has been hit frequently many times in a month for ecs and i need to know the reason behind it . It will have a very disastrous negative effect on my cibil score, charges from my bank account .i have been a good customer for the firm and am highly disappointed with what has happened and i need a proper resolution as soon as possible.i need refund of the charges deducted from my bank account .
