Respected sir/ madam

I am complaining this for second time since there is no response to my previous complain. During nighttime to daytime it is becoming a habit of theirs to cut the electricity. As a fellow consumer who pays his bills regularly I think it is my right to complain about it.
I hope you will look into this.

My consumer number is [protected]. The current bill amount far exceeds the amounts of preceding bills. It appears that reading of meter is not done properly during the covid 19 pandemic lockdown. Please refer this matter to the meter reader. My consumption of electricity remains constant. It is even lesser what i used in previous months. I shall be grateful if the concerned authorities take action and for verification.

I am a resident of morakhali telegu colony.
The low voltage power supply is happening in our area since last 2-3 days. Yesterday it was happened from 7.30 pm to 12.45am. Today the same incident has happened since 8.40 pm and till the time of writing the same has not been corrected by aseb. Due to this type of low voltage power supply, all the electrical appliances are damaging and bill amount is increasing day by day. Hence, i am requesting your good self to kindly look into the matter and arrange take necessary action to rectify the power supply immediately on receipt of this communication and confirm.

I am a resident of borhat, dist - sivasagar, assam. power supply to this area is like 'switch off' and 'switch on' variety. power cut throughout the day is more than 100 times, and specially in the evening hours.
I have a gen-set for emergency purpose, but due to frequent power cuts the self starter of the generator malfunctions. the reason behind this malfunction is that when power goes off generator needs to be started and after 3 - 4 minutes power comes back again when the gen-set is stopped. this continues for end number of times and finally the gen-set fails to work.
Is this a rule of grid supply or some kind of a hide & seek game. if a. s. e. b need to do required power cuts then let them continue, we are least bothered, but not in an erratic way!!! phew!!...

We are more than fifty families residing in Naharani, sandahkhoa, lakhimpur, assam. We are facing a severe problem of growing instances of power failure for the last few months in our village. There are many students who are preparing for their upcoming Board Exams as well as for other final examinations. But, this irregularity in electric supply is causing obstacles in their preparation. Even the elderly peoples find it difficult to cope with growing temperature. They're under going hard times just because of carelessness of concerned authority. We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So, please look into this matter.

Hi, I am residing at Mumbai and need to do my electricity payment regularly for the house located at Guwahati. Earlier I used to do the payment online till Feb 2015. However from March 2015 onwards, not able to do any online payment not the bills getting generated because of which it has becomes very difficult to do the electricity payment March 2015 month onwards. Would request you to look into this seriously, So that people who are located outside Assam can do the electricity payment for there house from outside location as well. Dear Concern, We are getting very trouble from Electricity billing service of our area, They never come to take the meter reading and don't create any bill against our electricity consume. Last Dec, 2014 I have visited the office and they provide me a pending four months bill without meter reading. Now I did not received any bill from Jan, 2015 and they did not come to take meter reading. Kindly check the issue and suggest me what to do. Summers just started and we are short of electricity. I am a banker and I live in Silchar a town of barak valley district in Assam.Due to the power cuts all our electronic appliances are getting damages and my old sick parents cannot sleep in the night due to the heat inspite of paying the electricity bills regularly plz provide a reresolution of the problem

DEAR sir/ mem, i am so tired for apdcl(my bijuli )...becouse after conected electricity of my house they given me bill after 1 year...i paid .. i cant pay together a huge money any how i pay.. now again they did not given me electricity bill agaian i went so many time electric office then they made .. when i ready to give paymant they told this is not time to recived money.. ok after 1 week i go again they told me that it was some mistake you have to pay more ...

I live in a place under the electricity board of Sub-division Nazira ESD(dist-Sivasagar, Assam). From the last 15 days we are facing lots of problem regarding frequent power cut in our place. Whenever it rains, we do not get electricity for the whole night. And when it does not rain we get electricity only for slots of 15 minutes in day time, means, it stays for 15 minutes, then cuts for next 15 minutes and so on. I am a student of computer background and I am not able to work with my computer these days, as I have to turn my computer on and off in every 15 minute interval. And my younger sister cannot study at night due to no electricity. We pay bill at time, still can't get good electricity supply. Plz help.

Very low voltage supply. Voltage 100 to 110 only. Water pump, Computer, fridge not working even day or night. Fan moves but no air.

I have paid my last electricity bill (Bill No.[protected], date 08/12/09, due date 23/12/09, Assam Electricity Board, Kamrup, Guwahati) for an amount of Rs. 1466 well within the pay by date by Cheque dated 12/12/09 and dropped my cheque in the cheque drop box at Maligaon, Guwahati. My Cheque amount got Credited from my account on 01/01/2010.

The Electricity Bill I received today (Bill No.[protected], date 11/01/10, due Date 27/01/10, Assam Electricity Board, kamrup, Guwahati), showing an arrear of Rs. 1,453 and Surcharge of Rs. 35.

There is no unpaid bill and the arrear and surcharges are showing wrongly. Moreover, there are no particular web address of Assam Electricity Board and any electronic way of complain regarding such cases.

with due respect I would like to state that I am not getting the electricity supply in my house but it is being used by somebody else in my name.
