Payment deducted but order not placed

yesterday on 07 Jan 20, I placed one order for bluetooth speaker JBL

Payment of Rs 1439.00 was deducted from my account but in their record for order status it is still showing UNPAID.
please resolve the issue.

Ordered a trimmer get a local broken product

I ordered a Philips trimmer at the price of rs 599 and I got a broken trimmer which is a local product worth less than 50.Assured kart no 1 online scam company.please don't get fooled by these type of fraudsters....
