I had ordered a figurine months ago and I still haven't received it!
Even with constant mails regarding updates I haven't received a single mail regarding this issue!

It clearly states that the product would be delivered in 30 days...
Why haven't I received it!
Not a good customer support service too....

In the website www.astore.in, i've ordered a mobile phone and made payment of rs4700/-.

Its paid and there is no response on delivery.

Repeatedly followed up through phone and email, but no response.

Hence raising it in this forum to get this resolved.
