This fraud has no real address & pretend to be the supplier of old & new machines
His company name astrix pharma equipments & address in the bank is alos fake. All regd mails & ems speed post returned back.
He is not picking the phone & challenges to take money back.

Kindly be aware of this company called Astrix pharma equipments, This fellow shows the product and assures delivery within 10-12 days takes 40% advance. He is know to be a second hand machine broker but also deals in New Machines. He hails from Haridwar, doesnot have a manufacturing plant or any thing. Date of Incident : 2nd Sep 2015 Phone numbers: [protected]; [protected] The addresses will be S-164, Q-97, Q-155 shivalik Nagar, Haridwar. We have ordered SIFTER for our manufacturing process, before getting the order they followed and given good impression, but after receipt of our advance amount CHEATER NISHIT TRIVETI not attending the calls nor reply for the mail.
He doesnt have any Landline nor perfect address to find him.

my request don't trust and don't give any order or responce of his mails.

We are in Search of Mr. Nishit Kumar Trivedi- proprietor of company ASTRIX PHARMA EQUIPMENTS, S-164, Shivalik Nagar Haridwar, Contact nos. [protected], [protected] E mail: astrix.[protected]@gmail.com , who deals with pharmaceutical equipments.


He had taken materials from our company (ATOP DETECTION SYSTEMS) and issed two cheques which was bouched back unpaid. Repeated followups with this person legally and personally was failed. Goa police had also send many letters and show cause notice to this guy, which had unclaimed by him at this given address.

A Criminal and Civil Case is lodged against him at VASCO DA GAMA, GOA Court and the case is going on.
