Monthly contribution amount
Sir,
In your bank with the help of your office staff on 12/08/2022 my APY account is activated with pension amount is 1000 and monthly contribution is 138, but this amount is not debited from my bank account and also this amount is not credited in my APY account.On 17/08/2022 in your bank with the help of your office staff i upgrade my pension amount to 5000 where my monthly contribution amount is 689 but on that day(17/08/2022) 576 rs debited from my bank account as APY-SI/MONTHLY/QU but this amount is not credited in my APY account.Again on 24/08/2022, 689 rs is debited from my bank account as APY-SI/MNTLY/QTRL and only this amount is credited my APY account.So, sir my query is for in one month Two type of amount for APY is debited from my bank account and only last debited amount is only credited in my APY account.
Sir kindly look into this matter and try to solve, where 576.00 Rs./- is gone which is actually debited for APY contribution but unfortunately this amount is not credited in my APY account.

Dear sir,
I open an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. So, while i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my mobile no. Or email id. Details are mentioned below —

money did not refunded in my account

Dear sir
My husband has atal pension yojna account linked to his sbi saving account no.[protected]. But last year he was dead in the road accident on 21st of July.
And now I am needful for money as I have two children one of 7 and the other of 4.
I have submitted the atal pension yojna account closer form in case of death in the sbi branch since three months ago. But I did not get the money refunded to my sbi account no. [protected].So pls do the needful sir.

Dear sir,
I am physically handicapped person still not i did not get pran no every month from bank they dedicating the amount. I beg you to send my pran number. Other wise i will commit suicide because every month i am paying the amount but no reply from you

I have an APY account and I called the customer care number repeatedly to ask for support.

Either they are not picking up the call or they are disconnecting it immediately after saying "hello".
There is no e-mail id also to register a complaint.
