I sent important documents through Atlantic international express from Pune on 27th September 2022.
They promised me that it will be delivered in 8 days .
It was very important for me because it is related to my job.
Today is 7/11/2022, The document is still not delivered .
When asked for the status They are giving same reply from one month "following up with destination"
I don't even know where are my documents and are safe.
This has completely disturb me mentally, as I can even lose my job.

Please take strict action against this company.
Also I want the compensation for all my damages including mental harassment.

    My Mother has posted on 5th Jun 2022 in Nandigama to Netherlands

    My mother have provide valid address with house number and zipcode attached invoice.

    In Germany someone with company details
    Cross Country Logistics GmbH
    Otto-Hahn-Str. 1, Sprendlingen
    63303 Dreieich
    Germany

    has posted the package to Netherlands using DPD this step is called forwarding.

    In Germany while posting they forget to add house number in the delivery address and package was damaged in handling so it was returned back Germany.

    I started communicating India Atlantic International contact service and their response is very horrible. They are asking me to pay extra money to delivery.
    I don't know how to take it forward.
    But my experience with Atlantic International was very bad.

      I had sent a courier from Vashi, Navi Mumbai to UK through the mentioned company on 18th November 2021. This parcel included packaged dry fruits and snacks and a jacket. The items that were send from which few of them were lost/stolen and others were damaged. The damaged items included dry fruits and a jacket. Few other dry fruits were damaged completely.

      It's been almost 3 months but there hasn't been any refund or proper response after a long trail of mails and submission of refund form. Upon calling the customer care service there has been no proper response on the status and all they do is delay it saying that it takes time. When u ask them to transfer the call to the manager or the accounts team their response is and i quote " the manager isn't available and that the call tranfer cannot be made as there is no provision for such". What customers service cannot make a call transfer. I will be sending the tracking number for the same courier and other details regarding the lost and damaged items.

      A strict action must be taken against such companies. This is not just one case. There are multiple cases of theft and damaged items on this company. I urge you to look into this matter.

      Pistachio 500gms - 700rs
      Almond 500gms - 500rs
      Black Raisins 500gms - 220rs
      Ginger powder 50gms - 40rs
      Sweatshirt - 1500rs
      Chedda Banana chips - 85rs
      Jhama Bhakarwadi - 85rs

      Service cost of the items according to kg
      :- 2kg(530rs/kg)

      Total loss:-
      4190 rs

      We had asked refund for only items that were lost or damaged and the service cost for the same items that was lost or damaged. Yet there hasn't been any response. This shows how irresponsible the company is. Please look into this serious matter and save many others from such frauds.

      I will see adding some proof of damged items.

      I still haven't recieved any reimbursement from their part . Now after 4 months of follow ups they said that it's not their fault and blame on customs that they stole the items.

        I have sent a parcel to my sister in London. When she received half eaten of all the items. This was absolute cheating.
