I had applied for a personal loan through rising solutions that is a personal loan consultant and their phone number is [protected]. I spoke with addi who got a loan approved from atlantic overseas with a loan amount of 80000rs, and the loan applicant number is - [protected]. The emi was decided as 3955inr for 24months. I paid them a refundable security deposit of 2750rs to get the loan in 24hours which is paid to rising solutions at their upi id : [protected]@icici on 6th may 2020and was informed that the money would get disbursed in 24hours. Then i get an email from atlantic overseas that due to covid 19 they would be taking the first emi before they could disburse the amount of the loan to me. I paid 3955rs to on 14th may 2020 which is paid to rising solutions at their upi id : [protected]@icici and i was assured that the loan will be disbursed in 24hrs, i have been waiting since then email atlantic overseas but there is no one who is replying. I don't know where to go and what to do. Please help me.
