I beg to state that I am upendra kumar verma, bank a/c no.- [protected] your reguler customer. I want to inform you in previous week 09/12/2010 i try to withdrawl money nearest ATM Machine but where there was not money or cash in that Machine so I could not received cash.
But unfortunately my a/c debited Rs. 500 this information I have got through the Mini statement from ATM.
so I kindly request to you please short out my problem and credit my a/c Rs. 500.

      my bob atm card no. is [protected] on 6/07/2010 when i was using this atm cum debit card from other bank atm (sbi- lal darvaja-ahmedabad) at 10.30 around. there were rs.4000 cash withdrawn & process completed & amount of Rs.4000 debited in my account and suddenly electricity power goes off. so my process was half.

      now i have complaind in written to bob- bhadra branch ahmedabad. they told me that your account will be credited within 60 days. when sbi bank told that rbi rules is that we have to given credit of rs within 5 working days.

      my bob bank told other things
      sbi bank told other things

      so what i should understand

      when my money will be come back with me due to power mistake i have to suffer more.

        Sir, I am a SBH Account Holder. It was 7th of June2010 at 6.59 pm when I went to Koppal SBM ATM to withdraw an amount of Rs. 5,000/- from SBM ATM.(ATM ID No.S1AN[protected] at the time of compleeting the process of withdrawing the money from ATM the system was switch offed. and i was not been able to get the amount from there. But the most strange thing happened with me is that the same amount was debited from my account. I at once informed the local SBH Branch (My A/c's Branch) and SBM at Koppal branch. and also filed an application, after that also i have not got any response from SBH and SBM people. Now after more than 07 days we are still standing on the same place.

        You are requested to kindly consider this matter and give me a feedback at the earliest.

        Kindly help to credit the amount as earliest.

          I am Bhawani singh saving account holder of SBBJ In Kalwad Road, jaipur (Rajasthan)_ Branch Number 10797 My Account number [protected].

          I would like to share with you my complaint from SBI bank ATM.
          I went to SBI ATM on[protected] at T-32, Pinkcity Tower Mobile SHO peetal Factory Jaipur ATM Center number 10002672 and I typed 4000 Rs for withdrwals but I received only 2500 Rs. only(500X4=2000+100x5=500=2500/-) and rest of the 1500/- Rs I didn' receive. I tried to find any guard there but Didn't get to complaint this and then I contacted to My Bank at above address in SBBJ Kalwad Road and met with branch Manager B.L. Meena and I explained my problems and he assured me that they will check the cash of that day in the ATM and let me know I also submitted my application in writting to them with all the details of the ATM.



          After few days when I went to my bank SBBJ in Kalwad Road they told me that they didn't get any extra cash in the ATM so they said they will not be able to help me and not responsing me but I have lost 1500 Rs. where should I complaint because I lost it. So I am requesting you in this issue please interfare in this and help me.

          I am having account in your bank from last 15 years.

            I Gulshan khatun w/o Akber husain,my husbend withrow money from state bank atm and the seme time at icici atm. both atm messege sorry, and in that way money was not withraw.date 05/04/2010 at about 9 pm at rohani secter 11,delhi-85.
            Next day go for withdrow it show Rs:2200/=(twoenty two hundrend was dedected from my account no.[protected]. card no.[protected].

                SUB-REGARDING TRANSACTION FAULT IN ATM

                I had Withdraw RS.2000 by a SBI ATM. Card No.[protected]. Which is issued on the name of PANKAJ KUMAR YADAV .I have done Transaction Four to Five time at That Day[protected] of amount 2000 . My balance is deducted from my account and I did not get the amount due to the Server problem. This problem is occurred at MayurVihar phase III Delhi ATM. Initially it was Rs.2695 Balance in My Account Numbered [protected] On[protected]. I checked my Balance it was Rs. 695 inspite of RS.2695.
                So I requested you to please solve my problem seriously….I shall be oblige to you for this.

                  I am writing this grievence for my mother Smt.Indu Baraskar having
                  savings account number[protected] in State bank of India
                  Pathakhera branch (Dist. Betul, Madhya Pradesh), who had gone to make a
                  ATM withdrawal of Rs.15000/- from State bank of Indore ATM centre
                  adjacent to Trimurthi Nagar branch (branch code-30469), Khamla Road,
                  Nagpur on 01/10/2009. But cash didn't came from ATM machine and
                  Rs.15,000/- was deducted from my mother's account. On 05/10/2009 a
                  written complaint was given to State Bank of Indore - Trimurthi Nagar
                  branch regarding this matter & they had checked the cash balance and
                  told that Rs.15,000 was not given from ATM but amount was deducted from
                  account. On their advice my mother had given written complaint no.
                  3380531 on 26/10/2009 to State bank of India Pathakhera branch (Dist.
                  Betul, Madhya Pradesh)where she is having the savings account. They had
                  assured that they will credit back the amount at the earliest. But
                  sighting no response from branch my mother had given a reminder of the
                  same complaint on 15/12/2009 to branch manager of State bank of India
                  Pathakhera branch .
                  Sir, actually my father had expired one year ago & myself & mother are
                  in great distress. I am staying in Rajasthan & had to take care of my
                  ailing mother. These managers of State banks are shuttling us here &
                  there and giving us a lot of distress. I had already recurred lot of
                  expenses for going here & there with my mother. Even after six months
                  we are not getting the amount or any reply from bank coupled with bank
                  manager's ridiculous behaviour is making our life very much tough. Sir,
                  please please look into my matter as you are the only saviour for us.
                  We are really fed up with these state banks and are really thinking to
                  move over our fixed deposits and savings deposits to private banks who
                  will atleast behave properly with customers.

                    I have UCO bank debit card no 438320xxxxxxxxx0 & had withdrawn Rs 5000/ from ATM at no S1AN50025801 and immediately after that wished to draw another Rs 5000/ although the ATM appeared to be taking out cash but no cash came out and the slip showed a debit of Rs 5000/. I again scanned my ATM card to know my balance which again showed the same balance. Please help out and ensure that I do not pay the penalty o[censored]sing your bank's ATM as my own bank's ATM was not working at that time.

                          On 1/07/09 i went to withdrew cash from Axis Bank ATM which is nearer to my home . i proceed request for withdrewing 4600 but due to some technical reasons money has not came . than i went to sbi atm and withdrew the money i.e 4600 i saw that there was 2 entry showing of rs 4600 . i was shocked..
                          and reported to my sbi bank they said ...Server is down at that time 01/07/09 we will wait untill two more days..
                          0n 16 feb. 2009 i was withdrawing money (RS 200+200+200=600/-) fron sbi atm id-(shiv road, hanuman circale, sam road) but due to transaction time out money was not dinpensed . when i checked my balance above amount was debited from my account. my account no is [protected] i have been in regular contact of my home branch manager but they people are not taking it seriously.i canot understand what i should do. i am in need of that money.

                            On 01/31/10 I have tried for the cash withdrawl with Citi Bank ATM card from SBI 9 BRD CANTEEN I ATM machine, but for the first transaction amount of Rs 2500/- I got the error with a error reciept saying SORRY UNABLE to Process but the amount as been deducted from my citibank savings account. This complain is regarding to claim on the amount Rs 2500/- that had deducted wrongly from my account. I have the receipt with me.

                              I Prateek Srinivasan holder of account no. [protected] of punjab national bank has withdrawn an amount of rs10000 from my account through SBI atm sector 35 chd on 12th jan 2010 at around 11am. since i needed a sum of 5000 more when i entered my next request of withdrawal of 5000 it was declined because SBI atm requires a multiple of 10000's to be entered so i left that atm and went off to other atm to get those 5000rs. But when i did the transaction at the other atm it showed a withdrawal of rs10000 twice while i received the sum of 10000 only once.

                              i lodged a complaint against this online on 13th jan 2010 and got a complaint id 24001385 but my complaint got rejected on 27th jan 2010.

                              i request u to kindly look into the matter n do something about it.

This is a salary account. i went to my local ATM (Andhra Bank,Ramaraopet branch, Kakinada, AP.) to get my salary. I wanted to take 8500/- from my account on 04/12/09 but it dispensed only 500/- instead of 8500/-. And my money 8000/- deducted from my account.                                     Sir,
                                    This is to inform you that I am a account holder of State Bank Of India, Branch Office : Kapoorthala Complex, Aliganj Lucknow and my account no.is [protected].

                                    Further it is being informed that I am withdraw Rs.10000/- from ATM at Purania Chauraha Petrol Pump, Aliganj, Lucknow on dated 23.11.2009 but I received only Rs.7600/- from ATM machine i.e. Rs.2400/- less out of Rs.10000/-.

                                    In context to the same I am several time talk with Sri D. S. Mishra, Regional Manager on mobile no.[protected] and that time he says I will take up the matter and your amount is credited in your account, but till date we have not received the amount of Rs.2400/-.

                                    In continuation to above after contact from the bank before two days, the bank is says me that rejection came out from the concerned office.

                                      I have withdrawn Rs. 2000 through SBI ATM using the ATM card of Bank of India from ATM ID S1AN06031806 situated at VADVA, Panwadi, Bhavnagar vide transaction No. 5244 on 10th Dec. 2009. Though the amount of Rs. 2000 had been deducted from my account, only Rs. 1000 was received by me i.e. one 500 Rs. note and 5 hundred rupee notes. Therefore I am at a loss of Rs. 1000.

                                      Request to verify and apply justice to me by crediting Rs. 1000 back or whatever procedure as per banks rules so that I am saved from the loss.

                                      I have withdrawn Rs. 3000 through SBI ATM using the ATM card of City Union Bank from Bhilwara, Rajasthan. but that amount i am not received the ATM Machine is show timed out after that i am going to SBI ATM withdraw 3000 but balance insufficient i got mini statement i see that 3000 already debit my account we surprise . Therefore I am at a loss of Rs. 3000.

                                      Request to verify and apply justice to me by crediting Rs. 3000 back or whatever procedure as per banks rules so that I am saved from the loss.

                                        I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am having a savings bank account with Punjab National Bank, K block kidwai nagar kanpur(SB Account No.[protected]). I used my ATM card for withdrawing money of Rs.15000/- at allhabad, infront of hallet hospital, kanpur ATM on 18.11.2009 at 15.05.pm. As the transaction could not be processed, I have received a message stating that “ transaction was declined for the reason unable to process . But subsequently, when I Print mini statement, I was shocked to note that an amount of Rs.15,000/- was debited on 18.11.2009 towards my ATM card No.operation .
                                        Hence, I request you to make arrangements to take very urgent action to credit the amount which was wrongly deducted from my PNB, Savings Bank Account No. [protected].

                                          I faced a problem while trying to withdraw an amount on Rs. 8200/- (Eight thousand Two hundred) from my Bank Of India account, from a SBI ATM, Krishnam Residency, New Ranip. I don’t know if there was any problem or network failure or not, but I did not received the amount and got a Transaction slip with a message “Sorry Unable to Process” written on it.                                                     With respect I would like to inform you that on[protected], I create a web-site namely “Jansurakhsya.com” from Yahoo Small Business by using my SBI ATM Debit Card for the amount of Rs. 3, 307.90. But on doing so double amount (i.e. Rs. 3, 307.9+ Rs. 3, 307.9) has been cutoff from my Account.
                                                    I also consult with yahoo Small Business, but they said that the extra amount was not debited to their account, it either blocked at ATM.
                                                    But till now I doesn't get my money back.

                                                    So please take necessary action in this regard.

                                                      Sir myself Amit Chandak having a Savings Bank A/c No.-[protected] in PNB,Mahmoorganj Branch Varanasi.On 1st july i use my PNB debit card having card no.[protected] in ING Vysya Bank ATM to withdraw Rs.3000 which are transferred in to my A/c from different city.At that time when i withdraw the money and got the slip it shows deduction of Rs.3000 but after two days when i again check the balance it shows deduction of Rs.3000 twice i.e.deduction of Rs.6000.Sir i had complaint for the mishap in my Branch but still after passing of 96 days i even not get my money credited into my A/c.

                                                      Sir please step in and register my complaint because after running since last 96 days i waste so much of my money and even not get any clearification from my branch.

                                                        Sir,
                                                        I am customer of your IDBI BANK (BRANCH CODE 032), PITHAMPUR (INDORE) my A/C NO. [protected]. I have try to withdrawal Rs. 15000/- dated 08.08.09 at RATLAM ICICI BANK ATM ( ATM ID NO. S1CW3580) but due to some mistake of atm machine I have not received money at that transaction I complaint to ICICI BANK ATM security guard(SAUDANLAL BISEN) immediately about the fault of ATM machine and he registered my complained in ATM complain register.I quickly also inform the same to the Executive of IDBI bank Pithampur branch ( Mr. Dhiraj Pandey) trhough the mobile.After all this I checked my A/c Balance again after 02 minute ,I received the transacvtion slip which shows my account balance is less by 15000/- ,that means my previous transaction was failed but I didn’t received the money sum of Rs 15000/-. After coming back to my home town (Pithampur) I bring to notice about the incident happen to me in Ratlam to Mr. Rahul Mehta (Staff Member). I also filled up the ATM DISPUTE form dated 10.08.2009. I have regular discussion about the matter with Mr. Rahul Mehta and Mr. Shashi Bhushan Palkhe (branch operation manager) on phone. But still I have not received my Rs.15000- and if it is not possible for you to solve this matter I will be looking forward to took another way to solve this matter. I have wait for the matter to being solved by you for about 45 working days, but now I am tired of submitting and receiving documents here in pithampur and ratlam

                                                            On 19th of May 2009, at around 20.00 Hrs, I made a transaction at ATM of Bank of Baroda, Ghantaghar branch, Ghaziabad, ( U P ).

                                                            I insert my SBI ATM card in the ATM, feed all the required details like password etc. I also feed the amount to be withdraw as Rs. 5000/-. Then the dialogue appeared on the screen as “ Please wait, your transaction is in progress “. But suddenly the the dialogue disappeared from the screen and welcome screen appeared in that place. I wait there for about 10 minutes. But no money received from the ATM.

                                                            Next day when I withdraw Rs. 6000/- from SBI ATM, I found that additional Rs. 5000/- was debited to my account. ( On 18th May amount balance in the account was Rs. 18013/-and after withdrawal of Rs. 6000/- from SBI ATM on 20th may the balance showing was Rs. 7013/- )

                                                            The amount of Rs. 5000/- is wrongly debited to my account.

                                                            You are therefore requested to kindly look in to the matter, check the ATM transaction of dated 19th May and please arrange to re-credit Rs.5000/- in my account.
