Never travel by ATMARAM TRAVELS. We booked our tickets online for ATMARAM Travels bus. Firstly the bus came an hour late. Then we were told that the bus has got cancelled and they put us on some MAA TRAVELS The seats of the bus are horrible. Also they changed our seats. Once we have booked online we are at their mercy as we cannot even say no to the bus they put us in.

NEVER BOOK THIS BUS.

We were travelling from mumbai to goa. Our bus got cancelled and they arranged our seat in another bus own their own without even letting us know.. they changed our seat numbers too. What is the point of choosing and paying for your desired seats if they change on own their own.

I was traveling to Bombay from goa in AC sleeper today and some guys wanted to drink and smoke. Bus in charge did not stopped them for anything on top of that same guys made the whole bus to wait for more then 20 min just to buy drinks and snakes for them. Now when I tried to complain this to in charge they just said "HUMNE THO CHILLAYA UNKO, AAP BHI CHILLAO, AAP JAAKE BOLO" god knows why and how they can say all this to passengers.

Two tickets were booked at Atmaram travels(Kannade) via red bus for 18/06/2019.Two elderly people one aged 92 years and other 64 years.tickets were booked via redBus.Bus was scheduled to be @8 pm.I got a call on 17th June at 5 pm stating that bus is cancelled and they would shift the passengers at other bust of theirs that is atmaram only.Since elderly I requested for lower birth sleeper.They had no replacement for the timing which I wished rather told me they will book at 4pm .To shift to timing of the bus now some important works were postponed and we agreed upon it.our ticket was booked by the atmaram employee Vijay.We got a message of booking.Tickets booked were 200 RS less then that of what we had booked earlier.He told the remaining amount would be paid in bus.At 10 30 pm on 17th again I get a call from Him stating that bus also cancelled and I have to look after other buses for my comfort.
At this moment no buses showed the vacant seats lower birth for elderly when I told regarding this to him...he was rude enough to reply and told the refund would be got after some days and cut the call and switched of his cell.
At this nth moment without any option we have to book a taxi worth 15 thousand to travel now.Its a big loss to us as our work got postponed, bus refund of 2100 RS later the taxi fare of 15000rs because of last minute cancellation though ticket was booked well in advance .Kindly look in to the matter.

I had booked bus ticket from Mumbai to Goa on 1st of October through Goibibo and the bus broke down half the way to Goa where we waited for around 5 hours but in vain. Then we did a private cab which costed us double the amount of the bus ticket for reaching the destination. Our entire day was wasted and we had to spent more money for reaching Goa. It was a torchure for us till we reached Goa. Now the bus service operator is not ready to give us full refund of the ticket. We had booked three tickets costing 4500 rupees. Not only this but after taking cab we again called the driver but still any alternate arrangment was not available. The operator also does not talk in a proper manner when called for refund of the amount and give excuses. The travels number i am providing may not be the head offices number. The bus had removed all safety hammers used to break glass in bus. When I asked the driver and conductor, they said they have taken away all hammers and said - Kyun kya mat poocho. Jaake chupchap so jao ( Dont ask questions. Go and sleep silently).This is a safety hazard. Bad behavior by staff and horrible bus.
