We ordered for Verna Headlights for 35, 999/- from Mumbai and we also saw these Reviews about Autoglam but when we saw there Live Video and other Videos in Youtube so we came to know that the company is genuine.
We ordered with Full Payment and finally we are Excited with Order. Thanks to Autoglam

Hi I place a order for my car on 4th July before order everyday autoglame representative call me for order after order no update no information about delivery by autoglam when I called or massage to autoglam no reply anytime when I called owner he says I have no time for you thereafter owner call me and misbehave and loose talking with me and said I will not delivered your product" जो करना है कर लो" please don't buy product from autoglam

Sir I bharat dixit I ordered silver colour spoiler for my xcent car on 4th July 2022 and I paid 20% of product price in advance through online payment after payment no feedback no information and confirmation about delivery and not reply of whatsup massage please reply earliest

I ordered Isuzu accessories ( front grill and bonnet visor) on 26 April, they asked me again again for imidiate online payment so they can ship the product same day or next day but just after the payment of 15100 on there official Google Pay account, after 7 days till today they are simply not responding to any of my call or messages about the shipment related my order and every time they are making excuses when I try to contact them

I have ordered Isuzu accessories worth 15000 on autoglam on 26 April . They told me to send shipment details next day . but till today they are not responding to my call and messages

I had made a purchase Order #7915 and had paid RS 4399 on it on the 23rd of February. Today is the 4th of March and I still haven't got any updates on the order despite contacting them everyday. They don't pick up phone calls, they only respond on whatsapp saying, "Today we will send you shipping updates." every single time. Highly unprofessional behavior from the people who run this website. I urger anyone who sees this, to never purchase anything from this scam of a website.

I have ordered Kia seltos spoiler on 9 feb and till date there is no information of the product. My product is was7801. Everytime you call them, they even don’t pick up the phone nor reply to ur messages. Eveytime they say ur order will be shipped. They are neither refunding the money back. They are cheaters and bankrupts never ever buy anything from them, if you want to save ur money.

I have ordered Hyundai i10 Roof rear spoiler with led light, the amount of Rs.4120 in www.autoglam.in. I made a payment through net banking. But till today, they did not contact me through email or phone calls. Also, I did not get anything regarding the shipping of my order. when I called them to ask about the delivery status of my order, they told me to send a WhatsApp message on the following number. +91 [protected]. I waited for almost 4 days but still, I didn't get any reply from them. Thereafter I called them on the following number +91 [protected], a lady was the response to the call and she told me to look on WhatsApp. Every time I call, they promised to inform me of the details of my order shipment. But, till today there is no action from their side.
So, please help me and take any necessary actions for me.

I had ordered online via their website for order number 7234. However even after one week and multiple follow ups they are refusing to ship. Customer care lady said they are from sales and not concerned about shipment once payment is received. When complained to owner about his team’s behaviour he is equally adamant and threatening. They are a complete fraud and scammers. Please stay away from them.

I have order a car matt for Fiat Linea on 24 Oct 2021 and paid Rs 4265. They are not delivering the matt and when requesting for refund the money, no response.

I had placed an order on 8 Sept and it now we come to the end of sept. Till now they haven’t shipped the product even though they said we will send the product today and send you tracking ID. People like them should not be allowed to be even in bussiness. At this point I don’t care if they send me the item or not. Its useless contacting them. And coming to this page it seems what had happened to me also befallen lots of another customer. This will be the last time I had any dealing with AUTOGLAM.

I had placed an order on autoglam on their online platform on 27/8/2021. And today(2/9/2021) when I called them to ask the delivery status of my order they told me to send a whatsapp message on the following number([protected]). I waited for almost one hour but still I didn't get any reply from them. Then I called them on the following number([protected]) which was the number provided by them on their website for almost 8 times but they didn't pick up. Then when they finally picked up they told me that they will send me the details as soon as possible and spoke to me harshly. And till this very moment they haven't provided me the status of my order. Being a consumer I have all the rights to know where is my order because I had paid the full amount online.

I have ordered a pair fog lamps from Autoglam two weeks ago and realised they guys are fooling around to send the courier as well, since after multiple follow ups they finally send the item after two weeks. On receiving the product I took it to my mechanic for fixing it and realised it doesn't fit the original slot and the screw dimensions are also different. O being checked for a return and exchange they have been completely neglecting the discussion and not provided any attention saying we will only send what you order without understanding their description is basis which we make order. I would strongly recommend all online purchasers to stay away from these guys and look for only Amazon or Flipkarts liking for such purchases. These guys are simply cheaters and not professionals.

Ordered a chrome garnish for honda city for ₹500, ordered it on June 1st and the customer support told they will dispatch it the next day itself, it has been 2 weeks since I ordered and they still haven't shipped it, not responding to my texts, calls. Even though the amount may seem less, it is still money and I'm getting cheated.

I’m just reposting my complaint from July 2018 as it still hasn’t resolved and so that people know that this is a ### company and do not buy from them!!!

My name is abhinav and i'm from pune, i have had the worst experience with mr. Atul at autoglam. I had ordered a diffuser which was out of stock and which they failed to mention on their website. After weeks of trying to convince me to get the other option he agreed to refund my money. Its been over a month he's avoiding my calls and when i call from some other number, he will ask to whatsapp and be so rude that it pisses me off. He has no business etiquettes or manners on how to talk and treat a CUSTOMER with respect, he literally hangs up on me.
I even emailed the company which didnt help me either. Im sure i've lost my money but i'm posting this here so that all others like me who want to accessorize their cars dont make the same mistake and fall prey to this fraudulent company.

Please refrain from buying from Autoglam. It’s literally run by a scammer I believe. They are for ###. It’s been 2 years or more than that now for my order but I’ll be giving my rating everywhere so that people are aware and ### like them don’t get their way. I’m utterly disappointed!! I still haven’t received my part nor refund. Don’t even get a reply on whatsapp from him. I have attached his WhatsApp please stay away.

I am not getting any updates from Autoglam no response even with their customer support numbers. Very disappointed with the service.

Reference my transaction ID: 4981 I have made payment of Rs. 15500/- for purchase of a product from merchant "Autoglam.in". Till date the merchant has not delivered / dispatched the product. Upon contacting at provided customer care no. they said there is delay from courier side to pick the product and assured to ship by 14.12.2020. But for last 2-3 days they are not picking up my call nor responding to my whatsapp messages. The merchant seems to be a not reliable one I am afraid that my money will go in waste. Since I have sent the money through your payment gateway to the merchant I request you to arrange for payback my money.

Dont buy any car parts or accessories from autoglam.in becz i recently ordered[protected] vw vento bmw style headlights @ a price of 39500, the autoglam peerson fail to deliver my order and i ask for return my amount he is not responding, when you call autoglam person talks shows he is trying to fraud me, when i asked that person about my product he told me tomorrow we are shipping, but after two day when we call he told me product is out of stock it will take some time, before payment they told me its ready in stock plz pay first and we will dispatch and it will reach you in 5 days. Present he telling plz choose other models we will dispatch now but i dont want your lights plz return my money but he is not return my amount. Had ordered honda amaze projector headlights, spoiler and jdm emblem on 26th nov'18. Till date have not received the shipping details. Every time when i check with him mr atul the owner says 2 days sir. He keeps saying today or tomorrow and that day never comes. Had placed order worth 39500. 37000 by card and 2500 by ptm. The website doesn't has cancellation option, once placed your money is stuck. Dealers number is [protected].

I ordered ecosport headlight assembly from autoglam for which they provided warranty of 1 year. Within 2 weeks of installation the highbeam stopped lighting up and also blowing up the car fuse. I lodged a complaint with their rep/owner atul and he promised to resolve, which he never did. I was using without highbeam thereafter. After few months, one of the low beam also stopped working and i contacted him and brought to his notice. Even after repeated reminders, he never responded to any communications and kept avoiding the calls. Now i am stuck with the useless kit without any lighting.

I placed an order with Atul from Autoglam on 26 th SEP for Ertiga head light and tail lamp..I was advised the best head light is AGME906, Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Audi Style Xenon HID Projector Headlights(Autoglam order number: 783).. And tail lamp is AGMETL636, Maruti Ertiga BMW Style LED Tail Lights - AUTOGLAM ( Autoglam order Number : 784) . On placing the order I was promised delivery on our by Oct 4th 2017.. while the order did not ship until 7 th October and I contacted on the same mobile number I was told... All sort of things. Like if you report this I will hold your order etc.. Since it was already paid..I had no choice but to wait.. Finally both got delivered by 14th October in two parts.. I got help from Maruti engineers only (not any garage) to get this fitted.. While the tail lamp fitted well.. The head lamp looked pathetic in its packing and quality.. The left side lamp had one plastic part broken (advice from Autoglam after repeated calling was.. Try and get it pasted or plastic welded, that's not so important part.. Etc.. ) Finally got it fixed.. because I was getting to feel that the money is anyways trapped.. The seller is 100% non supportive.. hardly picks any call after Oct 7 th argument.. while before delivery had even promised that he will assist my technician with fitting this parts... Now with just driving one hour with light on there is enough moisture in both head lights... I have called and whatsapped so many times... Even asked him to talk to the Maruti engineers.. He doesn't pick the call.. When upon picking the call once last night the advise was that they have not packed it properly.. It's clearly a defective product... Moisture is coming because they have not sealed it properly..I am adding pictures of the light with moisture... The comparison of old head light with Maruti sealing and the so called quality Autoglam product with such bad sealing..I was told on 7th Oct if I post anything against Autoglam the product won't be delivered... Still I keep quite..hoping the product quality will be good.. Now after delivering me a sub standard product, Autoglam doesn't answer WhatsApp, doesn't answer call...iam left with no other option other than writing in public forums... Please let me know where I can register a complaint for this sub standard product..

On 13/08/2016 i ordered automobile accessories (Hyundai creta bumper applique-front and rear) on autoglam which cost rs.13, 649 through net banking. But, till today they did not ship my order!! I contact them several times through phone calls and email (This is one of their contact number-[protected]). Every time i contact them they promise me to ship within2/3 days, but, till today they did not ship. They did not even try to contact me!! I dont want to loose rs.13, 649, please help!! Its been almost 8 months!! What will i do!! Please help!!

On 13/08/2016 i ordered Hyundai Creta Bumper Applique amounting Rs.13, 649 in www.autoglam.in. I made a payment through net banking. But till today, they did not contact me through email or phone call. Also i did not get anything regarding the shipping of my order.
I used to contact them through phone call several times(more than 30 times). Every time i call they promised me to inform me the details of my order shipment. But, till today there is no action from their side.
So, Please help me!! I don't want to lose my money like this!!
