Possible SCAM RETAILER !!!

Paid for the above - valued at INR 39, 800/- to Auto Glam.in ( Bank Operating under name of Glam Retail Pvt Limited)

However once the payment ( Paid Via Online Bank Transfer ) has been made - the AutoGlam Team ( +[protected] Whatsapp Number ) - just direct you to check the status of the shipment with another number - i.e - +91 [protected].

the transaction occurred on 17 September 2023 .

Post which - each time, you try to reach Auto Glam Team - they are unresponsive - and is unable to provide a definite timeline on Product Delivery - although upon placing the order it was assured the product would be despatched immediately. however this has not happened as of today 03 Oct 2023.

Seek - assistance to obtain in full refund - as i no longer trust the retailer - and now i also dont trust the product he sells.

I have placed the order for the Back Door Garnish via COD since last 10 days before. the product is
MARUTI SUZUKI SWIFT 2018+ BACK DOOR GARNISH, AGMSS501BDG
I already paid 30% (Rs 690) of price Rs. 2, 300.00 as advance through UPI. Still no information about my order and when I call them they tell me to WhatsApp but when I message them on WhatsApp they don't even care to reply. they don't ever refund my amount.
please consider my complaint as soon as possible.

I bought a orvm from them and they took 1 45 days to deliver it and it came broken so I requested for a replacement and they said after a month ok we will replace your orvm but you have to send it to us and I accepted it but my orvm never came back even after 4 months .they never answer calls and every 10 days they message next week my team will call but they never call or do anything

I Transfer money 4500Rs on their Gpay on 26/dec/2022 for isuzu bonnet visor i ordered and they not sending me anything until now, I contacted them almost every day on their WhatsApp and even called their owner now and every time they say they will update me the shipping details, they ignore me and don't answer . I even asked to return my fund and they scam me after they receive my money .Don't buy from them their are No1 frauds.This people will ruin to dead.

I have ordered on 28th of august 2021 for a borla valvatronic exhaust and paid fully by Gpay to the number +[protected] amount of 17000/-.Till date I have not received any order number or any confirmation.if I try calling to the number they don’t respond and just text back by tell all nonsense stuff.On 2nd September 2021 I just got an gati courier tracking number which on tracking shows “no details” if I ask they regarding the same...

After ordering (Order # 2227) suprised to find the item i received is a low-quality local fiberglass replica. It's not made of abs plastic as advertised. Instead of chrome its just silver stickers on the fake exhaust tips which are mis-aligned due to improper handmoulding. The seller fails...

This is in reference to the order 1473. I bought a agff910 ford figo 2015 evoque style xenon projector headlights with 55watt xenon hid on 1 st may, 2018 at the cost of rs 33, 699.00 from www.autoglam.in which is an online venture of glam retail pvt. Ltd. The product has not been shipped yet. It was promised that the product will be shipped within two days. As the shipping policy also states in their website. I have been trying to follow up with their customer support number [protected] and [protected]. No was initially picking up the phone and replying back on my email and on whatsapp message with details/reasons for the delay. This was very suspicious. And does not at all inspire confidence. This is violation of consumers right to information and right to be heard. After paying off rs 33, 699.00 for the product in advance, i could not wait for indefinite period without a proper reason. Their cancellation policy is not clear. It says, one has to call at[protected], but they never picked up my call on that number. It also does not say when would they issue the refund. Therefore, i did not get the confidence to cancel my order. This is violation of consumers right to choose. I have also registered a complaint at http//consumerhelpline.gov.in. The complaint no is 723871. After raising this complaint, at least they are answering to the whatsapp message. They have been giving all vague excuses during these days. Like they could not find one parts for the product. Although, even today, you could see, that their website is showing 8 items for the same product is available. Then they started saying that they are testing the product and preparing an wooden wrap for the transport. Then on 21 may, 2018, they said product is ready to be shipped and already at the courier wear house and they would be giving me the courier details within evening. Since then, i have been requesting them several times for the courier detail. Finally, on 28th they gave me a dtdc courier tracking number, awb# d43122818, which says "no data available" is the shipment summary. Upon querying dtdc said, that when product is submitted to them, they start putting the summary and tracking history. This proves, how fake the company is.
National consumer help line has suggested me to move to the ncdcr district forum.
But, west bengal, 24 pgns (N) district forum told me that, i have to file a case in the ncdcr delhi district forum where the opposite party is.
If that is reuired, i shall be doing that as well. This company seems to be well informed about the limitation of the 'consumer protection act'.
Meanwhile, i also took legal help from my lawyer, and i am going to file a case under ipc section 420 against the company.
If good sense prevails, and they ship my product within next few days, it is fine, otherwise, i would have no option left.
