I ordered front bumber for Renault duster on 20th Sep 2024. There tracking on websites still shows order is processing and no response to emails or phone calls. They are fraud and I would like to get my refund.

Dear Team

As i have ordered a spare parts from this www.autoretails.com website after the order i came to know that this is some fraud website with contact number unreachable and switch off[protected] and even sales team email id [protected]@autoretails.com is not working.

Please help me out in getting my money back from this fraud website and also block the website for not to trap innocent people.

I paid the money of 1191 Rupees and refund the money back to my account please help.

Regarding the Order #129699 was placed on February 13, 2024, There is no update on this and there is no response either on phone or email. Amount of ₹₹4, 228.00 is already paid.

Please help to get the amount refunded from this fraudulent

I have placed for my car molding roof liner paid 989 rupees through online payment . after placing the order no update received since 4 days. when ever calls the customer care no response, mails also no respond. I understand this is a fraud site .
requested authorities to help me to get my refund immediately .

I have ordered a car spare part from this site it's been a week till now no response at all from the customer service

I placed order for shock absorbers for my AStar car on 24th.jan.2023. paid an amount of Rs.2048/- through gpay.order no.123995. but till today there is no response from autoretails, and when I checked the status it shows as order cancelled.I tried to contact them by calling the given number but nobody responds and also I sent multiple emails but no response

I purchased a Front Bumper of Scorpio 2014 model from Autoretails. They advertised that the replacement part is equivalent to the original in every parameter. However, they shipped an inferior product which is available in less than half price in Kashmere gate. Also, it was received damaged. I sent an email for replacing the damaged product and also tried to call on their customer care number. No response to both the options.
It is fraud Company looting the people.

Hi Team,
I have ordered Headlight assembly for my car on 21-Aug-2022. Once after the payment was made no response from them, not sure what happened to my order, on the portal it's still showing "Processing" for last 3 days".
Later I came to know that it's fake website. I am seeking your help to get the refund or get the product delivered.

I placed the order for Skoda Laura Bonnet Strut on June 18th 2022 for the amount Rs. 651/-
Amount was deducted; however yet I have not received any acknowledgment mail from the company.
I tried connecting them via Ph.[protected] And also mail
[protected]@autoretails.com but no response.
It looks it is a fraud site.
Request you to please check and help get me my refund.

This particular autoretails company making fool of the customers even i have ordered "rear bumper for nissan micra type-1" on september 18, 2021, payment also i have done through google pay and orderid (#113546) as per the order estimated shipping date september 20, 2021. But still i didn't receive any kind o[censored]pdate and even i tried to call their contact number ([protected]) but it's always says that switch off and also i have messaged to registered whatsapp number but they didn't respond, mentioning the email address ([protected]@autoretails.com) and location mentioned in portal like (203, patel marg, new arya nagar, patel nagar 3, patel nagar, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201001, india), could you please try to resolve this issuee, please help to refund my money back to my account.

And i'm also attached screenshots please find in the attachments.
