Useless scammers who do NOT pick their calls or respond to messages or emails.

After reading this and the other reviews on google, on justdial, on (consumercomplaints dot in) and (complaintslist dot com) ALL saying the same thing, if anyone still orders, may be you are stupid like their customer support says you are.

Stay away and order from some place where they know how to talk to customers...

Totally fraud, they are not responding to calls or email. Please don't buy from this site. They take only money don't give you any product.

My self Anish Revodkar I had ordered front and back bumper for innova from autoretails.com i haven't received my order and when i go to check the status of order it showing under processed. I had even paid the money through razor pay. If they are not delivering at least return my money back.
Action should be taken against these company.
If my case is not resolving i put the case in court.

Order #130575 was placed on April 23, 2024 and is currently Processing....

I ordered a #129683 product on Feb 12th 2024. Till now I didn't receive any update about the product. The given contact number is not work

There is no update on this and there is no response either on phone or email. Amount of ₹7, 820.00 is already paid.

I ordered OVRM for tata punch with order No. 129283. The payment was successful but there is no update regarding order. Tried calling their customer care number but the same in non-functional. Further, tried to reach them through email but they are not responding. This website needs to be banned immediately. I request you to please help me get my refund.

Autoretails.com, seems to be a FRAUD website offering carparts. I have ordered tail lamp & bezzel for my Scorpio, ordered date was 22nd July, 2023. Payment made was 6075/- Rs via UPI.
Order processing date was 24th July, 2023. Today being 29th July 2023. No update on order. Tried calling Customer care at [protected], phone rings an no one answer the call. Read reviews online found many o[censored]s are conned where order is placed and many o[censored]s have not received any product not refund. Please report this website as people are getting conned and loosing their hard earned money and time chasing this CON.

I have ordered my santro car drive shaft both wheel, Order id#125747 on 15th May 2023, But expected shipment mentioned 16th May 2023, but still status processing only. Not picking calls & Not yet received email response.

Company listed for online Auto parts supplier, I have ordered front bead lights for .My car on 14th Dec 2021 and paid advance amount Rs 855 but still no any update on my order, Listed Phone number is always switch off and no answer on email id given Mr. pulkit oberoi is so called owner and fooling so many customer as per review mention on his web site

I had ordered tail light right side for my Tiago xz 2019 model on 4 October 2021. Order no is 113957. I had already paid Rs. 1596 including shipping cost. It has been one month over.. Still it shows order is processing. Their mobile number is switched off. They are not responding to my call, messages and chats. Kindly take action these people...friends please stay away from this website .....
