Hi i booked hyundai santro magna mt on 8th august 2019. Dealer committed the delivery 9f the vehicle on 20th august. I booked the new car into exchange of my hyundai eon. I handedover the old vehicle on 17th august 2019. I took loan and vehicle insurance from my home branch axis bank. As my conversation with the dealer i told them to provide the invoice of the car so that my bank will futher proceed and transfer funds into autoweb hyundai account. But they are denying to give the invoice to the bank executive and asking for full payment first. Please tell me without giving the invoice how can bank transfer the amount to their account. They are giving false commitments and not replying to my calls. Kindly look into this matter.

I handedover the old car on 17th august 2019. I took loan and vehicle insurance from my home branch axis bank. Now dealer is not issuing the invoice letter and asking for full payment first. Please tell me without giving invoice how can bank transfer the loan amount. I have told them to issue the invoice so that bank can further proceed. As per our conversation it was set that i'll take the vehicle delivery once autoweb will get the full payment but they are still giving false commitments. Kindly look into the matter.

      I sent my Creta car for airconditioner repair to Autoweb Hyundai on 4th of july 2018 for the second time {same problem in period of 2 months}.today its7th july even after 4 days they are unable to arrange one part .when I called the concern person Mr.paramjeet singh he is saying please take your vehicle without repairing as they could not arrange one part that is required to be changed.
      worst experience I had with autoweb
