I have made payment of your loan till time it 8s showing active in my cibil score report plz inactive it from my cibil...

I have taken Loan from Avail Finance App in 29-February-2020.I have cleared Loan in May 2020.Still loan is reflecting as over due in Cibil Report.I have contact Avail team through Whatsup.Team confirm that they have raised escalation to correct my cibil report. Team is working on this request it will resolve with in 120 working days.Till now its not resolved.Kindly help here.

I have paid the loan back still it is reflecting as not paid in cibil and my scores are very low . I want to improve so i reached out to them and regarding the same. They are telling they will resolve it is more then 2 months now nothing changed . Very bad do not take loan from avail app ur cibil will go down because of incorrect reports they share to cibil

I am Ranjeet Pathak From Delhi, I am pay my loan amount but my loan account is not close and effected my cibil score please check and needful help me.

In July of this year, I used Avail Finance's CreditATM loan option and borrowed 1000 for immediate use.

I was unable to make the payment on the due date because my bank account has been frozen for KYC recertification. I have explained the situation to Avail Finance agents who have been calling and messaging me all day. And I can't ask my flatmate to help me out since he has already helped me earlier when my bank was inoperative and I needed cash for daily use.

Even though I told the AvailFinance agents that I shall make my payment within a few days, they refuse to understand and demand the payment immediately.

The amount of calls and messages they have sent me seems excessive for a petty 1000 rupee loan. I agreed to pay the amount back within a matter of days from now but they are threatening to send "collection agents" to my house. Which still won't get them any money.

This company needs to be examined for its shady practices, and I warn other customers to stay away from them. Use more reputable loan services instead.

I pay my loan amount last 1 year back still its shows the amount over due and its impact on my credit report

My name is Nupur honey I took loan from Avail finance before 2 years I already paid the loan amount on 12th of October 2020 still I am getting the same messages and callings and their harassing me that we will put a case and we will file a case against you and I have already paid the bill still I am getting all these calls please stop all this calls and messages, I already paid the bill one of your executive have guided me how to make payment I have all the proofs and I am attaching it on the mail kindly update me on the same and clear this asap . Now they are asking me to pay again two years back their excutive told me your loan is closed now why they are asking me to pay .

But AVAIL FINANCE Runned BY NDX P2P PVT LTD Has Not Updated My Cibil by sending information to cridit beaura. I have contacted them many times but they are not taking it seriosly to submit my correct informatiom to cibil I HAVE PAID THEM MY EMI ON TIME AND CLOSED THE LOAN BUT STILL IN CIBIL IT SHOWING UP DPD AND OVER DUE AMOUNT..KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION

I have one negative loan account showing in my Cibil report. That loan is taken from Aavil finance and those loan amounts were paid already through the Avail finance phone app.

For that, I have contacted Avail finance customer care so many times through phone and email. They're confirming my repayment was completed successfully. But Avail Finance has not submitted the loan Nodues certificate to TransUnion CIBIL Limited. So that, I have raised a dispute with TransUnion CIBIL Limited and Avail Finance about the issue on 16 Sep 2021. But still, there is no proper response from Avail finance, (Loan Account number: PL[protected]Loan amount of 5200. Negative Amount showing in cibil report: Rs. -141 )

It's affecting my Cibil score highly. For that, I have spoken so many times with Avail finance customer care executives. Now it's almost 4 months got over. Each time they're saying different reasons for these issues. It's giving big frustration to me. So please, help me to clear this issue with Avail finance. If I need to pay that due amount of 141, Please give me the payment link and I can be ready to pay that also.

I took a loan in Avail Finance, but could not repay on time, due to the pandemic I lost my job, i shared my experience with you, which is unbelievable, They read all the information from Phone, once you installed it and pressed "Agree". They hack and read Call logs & contacts, and dial to the recently dialed contacts and talk very cheap and rubbish words, which damages our personality. For the loan amount 2.5K, they are using bad words using the local language, which can't be expressed in this channel. when i check my repay amount there will be a 7.5k rs penalty.

I personally am very frosted by these loan recovery agents. The loan recovery agents called my family and my relatives, also friends and office colleagues. They are lowering my respect. I need help, please look into this matter and please help me. otherwise i will seriously step out against this.

I need help and so many people are also harassed from this app and no boddy can take action against this. if you want any proof, please check app reviews on google also play store or contact me directly.

Avail finance call the contact details of my he call my relatives and friends for the loan not repayment in covid situations I lost my job so only I will not pay the money I ask so many times to avail finance to give a time to pay but he call contact list of me and speak harassment and blackmail that customer executive number is [protected]

This #### finance company named Avail Finance has HACKed my contact details and calling my relatives for not repaying the due emi.

Few months ago I received a call from your agent stating that you have a offer of loan closure with 30% waiver and asked me to pay 1750rupees and I have paid it by the given link of your employee and your employee said that it will be closed in 10 to 15 days as it is a waiver offer it will take time and the loan is still pending in your app stating that paid only 1 emi when I paid that 1750. Please check the conversation of your employee with me and also sharing the loan repayment screenshots with transaction I'd.
Please check and let me know as soon as possible as it is effecting my credit score and close this loan or I'll file a case against you stating cheating us. I'm attaching screenshots of conversation which is taken in telugu language for your reference. When I opened the app now it increased to 3557 after contacting you what is happening here and I need immediate response or I'm going to file online fraud case on you in the consumer Court.
