This company people are very much fraud and cheater. They take interview according to the candidate profile on the name of reputed companies and ask 2000 rupees as a security money. After that they send you to different employment services for your training and they provide training for marketing and management irrespective of your educational background. At the training center they ask you to pay 580 rupees for registration and other charges then after they will charge you rupees 200 for food and accommodation in the beginning.in the training on the name of field work they force you to sell product door to door like a sales man. On the name of food they provide such a bad quality of food which affect your health adversely. I'm requesting you if time and money is valuable for you. Please ignore these # stuff. And i'm requesting our national and state government please take some serious measure again these fake employment services. I'm posting one of it's fake training institute which is in muzaffarpur there's many more like this in other part of our country.

I saw a job offer in olx from aml herbals, i asked them about the company procedure for interview they told me to come to azadpur i went there as instructed they asked for 2050 as i had some spare money i gave them that then later another lady came and asked for 1000rs more for food facilities as i was instructed that it will be include in hostel mess facility so i gave them then they told me to go to geeta colony for furthur documents and then i went there and they asked me for 210rs as i've already given them so much 210 wasn't even close they gave me a date for 16th of oct 2018 and my posting was in karnal, on 16th i reached karnal near meerut road, i got here and they asked me to sign some documents and asked for 510 for training and 500 for electric and water bill, i didn't have any other option other then to give them that, in class i saw they were doing some stupid things like we do in school assemble like defining what is introduction and most of the people come here are uneducated so you have to speak hindi and some complicated words for the people like me from delhi as i was in english medium school some words were hard to catch. On second day they gave me products i asked them that i didn't signed up for a door to door agent they told me that if you dont like the job you can resign and the money you have given will not be refunded, i knew at that moment i was in a loop and day to day you have to give 800rs to them if you couldn't be able to sell those products which they gave you... Anyone out there who can help me i will be really obligated to that

Avail imapct merchandise limited is fraud company. I also got cheated by them. They call me in delhi by saying that they will give job in sr india limited company as production manger role but this is all lie. Instead of this they will just give u marketing job where u have to sell thier health product from door to door and also they will not give u salary i[censored] wish to joined. They also took 1450 rs from me by saying that it will refundable i[censored] dont like this job but this is all #. Dont ever jo to any company by consultancy firm. They just take money from u and provide [censored]est job.
I will also share u the number of that fraud man who called me in delhi. His name is anil-[protected]. He call me near kaushambhi metro station, vasant vihar, delhi..

आपको फ़ोन आएगा बोलेगे sir आपका no हमें नौकरी .com से मिला है आपको एक जॉब है pharmacy company में। अगर आप 12th paas है तो आपकी सैलरी 14000 रहेगी खाना पीना उनकी तरफ से होगा। आपको अपनी location में जॉब मिलेगी। timing 10 से 6 रहेगी। बस आपको एक बार interview देने (511, usha kiran building azadpur aana hoga). वहा जाने पर prachi मिली उसने बड़ी बड़ी बाते बोली और बोला के back office work है आपको सारा दवाइयो का stock रखना होगा और register maintain करना होगा । कोई sales का काम नहीं है sitting जॉब है। और training के टाइम पे भी ल पूरी सैलरी मिलेगी आपको। 15 से 45 दिन की होगी training। मेने बोला बड़ी अछि जॉब है। उसने बोला1750 rs देने होंगे हमे ।मेने दे दिए। फिर उस प्राची ने एक letter देकर बोला अब हमारे head office गीता कॉलोनी चले जाओ वहासे appointment letter लेलो। वहा जाने के बाद mr. Govind मिला उसने बोला आपको हम एक receipt दे रहे है आप 200rs देदो मेने वो भी दे दिए। फिर उन्होंने बोला के letter तो आपको कंपनी में ही मिलेगा हम तो receipt देंगे। मेने पूछा अगर fraud हुए तुम तो मेरे पैसे दोंगे वापिस ।उसने बोला हा बिलकुल। उसने बोला के ट्रेनिंग आपकी वही होगी और जॉब बी आपको अपने area में मिलेगी। मैँ वापिस अपने city गया कंपनी मेँ । तो उन्होंने कुछ और ही कहानी बताई आप सुनोगे तो शौक हो जाओगे। उन्होंने बोला के यहापे आपको 200rs जमा करने होंगे और आपकी ट्रेनिंग शुरू होगी। appointment letter आपको तब मिलेगा जब हमे लगेगा के आप fix हो गये हो। और आपको अपने 10th और 12th के original marksheet जमा रखनी होगी जब तक काम करोगे। फिर बोला आपकी 6 महीने की training होगी। जबकि prachi ने 15 से 45 दिन की बताई थी। उन्होंने बोला ट्रेनिंग में आपको 7000rs सैलरी मिलेगी जबकि प्राची ने पूरी 14000rs बताई थी। उन्होंने बोला क आपको 6 महीने पूरा बहार घूमना होगा लोगो क घर घर जाके सामान बेचना होगा जबकि प्राची ने बोला था सेल्स का काम नही हैं बिलकुल भी। और timing 8 से 8 है। प्राची ने 10 से 6 बताया था। उन्होंने बोला के ट्रेनिंग के बाद अगर हमे लगा के आप ये job के लायक हो तो हम आपको letter देके कही बी जॉब लगवा देंगे जबकि प्राची ने बोला था के आपको अपनी ही city में जॉब मिलेगी। सब बाते झूठ। अब प्राची को फ़ोन करो तो बद्तमीजी से बात करती है। फ़ोन काट देती है। बोलती है मैँ आपको नहीं जानती और govind जो गीता कॉलोनी में मिला था वो बोलता है मैँ कुछ नही कर सकता प्राची को ही फ़ोन करो। और दोनों बोलते है के जहा complaint करनी है करदो हमारा ये रोज का काम हैं।
