I purchased a laptop of brand Avita in the month of February and had one year warranty after 4 months the laptop keybord stopped working which was manufacturing fault and is covered in the 1 year warranty the laptop is with Avita service centre India since last two and half month and there is no resolution yet also there is no response from the company side...

I have been calling the service from 2 months but the customer care is not responding to any of my mails or calls. When I went to the service center for a repair they said that the complain is already logged in and unless the complain is not deactivated we cannot service it under warranty and they asked me for a charge to repair although my laptop is under warranty....
