I purchased a laptop of brand Avita in the month of February and had one year warranty after 4 months the laptop keybord stopped working which was manufacturing fault and is covered in the 1 year warranty the laptop is with Avita service centre India since last two and half month and there is no resolution yet also there is no response from the company side

I have been calling the service from 2 months but the customer care is not responding to any of my mails or calls. When I went to the service center for a repair they said that the complain is already logged in and unless the complain is not deactivated we cannot service it under warranty and they asked me for a charge to repair although my laptop is under warranty.

I have a complaint against FLIPKART who is selling laptops of AVITA. I have purchased an AVITA liber v14 Ryzen 5 -PURA laptop on 18 Apr 2021 through Flipkart order number is 0D[protected] FAB5IQ. The Laptop is of very poor quality and its customer care is also extremely poor. Laptop key board, web cam, battry drain fast, charging point not work properly.multiple times I have mail & call to customer care but no one response.
My laptop still under warranty but not get solution.
My baby study affected too much because of the nonworking of the laptop. I want my money back so that I can purchase another laptop for her. I want Flipkart to immediately cancel the marketing of AVITA laptops so that customers are saved from purchasing the wrong product.

No support from customer care, where I have to, please give customer care number or address

I recently bought avita laptop on 2021.Just a month ago when i m using it suddenly hanged off. I called the customer service they sent the technician nearly after 9days after my call. Technician thoroughly checked and told me that there was an issue with keyboard and might be mother board and have to replace that part and they will order it soon it will be resolved. It's been a month and there was no more response from their end. I doubt the company... now when i am calling customer care number they disconnect my phone . no one answer on phone or email

I am buy a avita laptop worth Rs, 2200/ through Flipkart . after few days show dot on laptop display, i call visit local service centre but he's say me we are not attent ur complaint then i am contect with company headoffice customer care center by calls and e mails but company say that our all services centre are close that's why we not and say me for waiting some days.. theni am waiting but after some days laptop is totally off .. i am waiting for company response because I have no any other option..i am call in company headoffice again and gain but he's not any proper response
after one month comapny call me and say that we are resolve ur problm and company technician visite my home and resolve only one problm and my laptop top just on but display problem not resolve that time .. company say that display problm is miner that's why we not resolve ur problm.. i am trying to content with company by calls and mails but he's not reply me .. my laptop under warranty but company not resolve my problem..
tahts why ia m very frustrated i think i am vest my money or time ... 😔
