I have also booked a flat in tower b in 2013 and paid 25% of total cost. It was promised and written in booking documents that the possession would be in sep 2013 and rest of the money will be financed from bank. I am a victim of profile funding by AVJ. My son is having a life threatening health condition since birth. When he was in hospital I needed money and was looking for a personal loan. Then one of AVJ dalaals met me and told me that I could use profile funding to pay the bills of Max hospital. They promised to take off the loan in a year.
