Dear sir/madam,

I have also booked a flat in tower b in 2013 and paid 25% of total cost. It was promised and written in booking documents that the possession would be in sep 2013 and rest of the money will be financed from bank. But when i didn't receive the flat till dec 2014, i went to the office and cancel the booking. They told the deposited money will deposited in my account in a week. But till today i am keep on following the owner (Mr vinay jain) and the project manager (Mr deepak sharma) and the finance manager (Mr mohit arora). Earlier i was getting response that they will transfer the money asap. Every time the same reply. But now days i am not able to contact them, as the office address and email address are changed.

Now i am not able to reach them to get my money back.

I am a victim of profile funding by AVJ. My son is having a life threatening health condition since birth. When he was in hospital I needed money and was looking for a personal loan. Then one of AVJ dalaals met me and told me that I could use profile funding to pay the bills of Max hospital. They promised to take off the loan in a year. It has been 3.5 years and still they have not paid the loan. ICICI is following me with a cheque bounce case. Can anybody pls advise me on it?

I have Gone through with my colleague reference to AVJ Heights Greater Noida Zeta Plot No-2 I have booked 1BHK H-112 (23Lacs) with the amount of 1 lac advance. with in 15 days i have paid 3.5 Lac further & for rest amount i have applied for loan to Canara bank unluckily it has been rejected by bank. i have requested for refund till no refund has been transferred . worst response i got from them they are not picking my call i visited my times their offices but they made fake promises its been 8 months with out any response . can anyone suggest me how to get my hard earned money back should i go for legal process Regards Anand
