I placed an order (#18008) for 2 bar stools totaling Rs. 798 on 21 November 2021 but no receipt of goods as yet.

A week back the website functioned although e-mail bounced back and phone was always disconnected. Then it said the order was under processing.

Today, the website does not exist.

It is scam... please be forewarned.

Placed an order for multiple products worth ₹ 2, 294 on 11 december 2021, no confirmation email or sms, Axberry has vanished in thin air. Now I can see all their products are from a different brand called ‘Habere India.’
I wish to register a complaint against whoever is behind this scam as I have the transaction details of the same.

I had placed an order with axberry by 11th of November and paid money still it's shows in processing.didnt received by parcel it's been about 40 days.i thing it's a spam website.please look into this n pay back my money.

I have made a purchase from axberry paid the full amount but the order was not delivered no contact is working no mail is working pathetic service cheat

I ordered 2 items from Axberry but did not receive the products. The status is still "Processing". The phone contact is switched off. The email is not working either. I think this is a spam website. Need my money back.

This website has products copied from many other kids stores and the prices are drastically reduced to attract customer. Though we felt it could be fake, since the price was soo cheap, we proceeded for payment and fell into this trap of loosing money.

We should have understood from the gpay username - "Blakswan". Full paytm id of this company is: paytm[protected]@paytm

Placed order on December 3rd.. But no product has been received. When tried to call them the number is switched off and the email is not working 😔. Lost my hard earned money.. #axberry..

Order placed on 18/11/2021.. order number 17492.. it was already seemed fraud website so just to check I ordered a small tray for 149rs.. As I doubted I haven’t received My product yet.. I did not receive any confirmation email as well, as I was already sceptical I took screenshots when I made the payment, pls check the attached image.. when I searched again the website Axberry found this page of complaints forum, so thought to share my experience as well.
I hope you will shut down this website before any more people get trapped in this fraud.

The order (17794)was placed on 20 November 2021 on the website axberry.com and I received a confirmation mail. However there are no further updates and when tried to reach the phone number given on the website, it was switched off. Also tried to send email to the address mentioned on website- [protected]@axberry.com, the mail couldn’t be delivered.
I have paid 1536 INR for 6 items and not received a single item. I have no way to contact the seller and it seems to be a fraudulent website.
Kindly help me get the refund and also kindly label this website as fraudulent. Also, suitable action must be taken against the site owner.
The address below might not be correct, since it is why is shown on the website.

I have placed an order with above site on 1/11/21 for Rs 1682 vide order reference 16251.. I Am unable to contact them since number given in their site is not reachable

I have placed order, no response to phone, always switched off and no shipment. This is a cheat website and needs to be shut down.

Purchased 2 number high back bar chairs on this website on 14/11/21. Products yet not delivered nor any response. Phone number mentioned is always switched off. Mail sent to i’d mentioned ie [protected]@axberry.com failed to deliver
