I have not taken any loan from AXIO and I am receiving loan emi recovery emails from these AXIO on my no [protected].

Can they just tell me what have I purchased from them or why do I need to pay AXIO payment later....

You are not solving my class even after my repeated requests.
I have been continuously mailing Axio since November, still no action is being taken on my queries.

I have made the payment and it was a successful transaction for me but few days later I came to know the transaction has failed there was no intimation about it
When asked the support to revoke the late fee they keep responding there is no way too.
So unprofessional even they have seen the attempted transaction and failure they charge late fee.
