Axiom estates is a brokerage company based in kolkata and i purchased a property via them in ncr in the year 2010. I had decided to go with them and not the builder directly as i was promised a rebate back from them that would have reduced my cost of purchase. Even though without the rebate the property was more expensive to purchase through axiom estates, i was convinced by the broker to go with them as they would pay me inr 85, 000/- as a rebate once purchase was closed.

The builder released commission back to axiom at which point they stopped taking my phone calls. For the next 3 years, i was given false promises that they were checking with accounts department, that the concerned person wasnt available etc etc. Nothing came back. After 3 years, they sent me inr 38, 250 leaving inr 46, 750 still pending. Then radio silence. They again started not taking my phone calls and responding to emails. I have all email correspondence since[protected]. Now, 7 years later, they still have not paid me inr 46, 750 that was due to me by them and are being unresponsive.

I am going to send them a notice but wanted to log a complaint first. I have also heard they have done the same with other individuals as well.

I have recently availed the services of Axiom Estates in order to purchase a property and I must say that I am really happy with the way they handled everything! I came across this review of the company where they were being called fraudsters and was shocked. Please do not listen to this rubbish. I guarantee you that your experience with them will be more than pleasant. Try them out for yourself.

Rajesh Goenka CEO of Axiom Estates has now closed his businness in UK after robbing numerous innocents of their hard earned cash and has once again moved back to India. It is common knowledge that he moved from India to Russia after graduating from IIT Mumbai many years ago. Through various crooked means he made his millions in Russia and then migrated to UK in search of a safe haven. He repeated his crooked perfromance in UK and established Axiom Estates and once again made millions, established contacts and expanded his wicked empire. When the going got tough and he felt threatened by the legal system in UK, the crook has moved back to India to rob innocent resident Indians, after not being satisfied with the Non-Resident variety. He is now running the businness from Kolkata.

Embezzlement of monies for off plan property in Jaipur. This company has recruited so called agents in the UK - Mr M Nathwani of Lianda Overseas ltd and Prime Time Realcon pvt ltd of New Delhi to get deposit monies and then do nothing to look after their clients. We collectively have lost a lot of money and would like to hear from people like us so that a joint form of complaint can be made to the Indian Government.
