Axis Bank Fastag Double Toll Deduction

My Wallet has been doubly Deducted at Toll plaza . On 26 Dec2021 when I was going from Kullu to Manali the amount was debited at toll plaza but after two days a manually transaction was done saying a message as adjustment entry.
I Spoke to CALL CENTER, they told me that the amount will be refunded between 1 week but none of them contacted or amount refund was done by them....

My car is tagged with a wrong mapping code that is deducting Truck's toll amount. I have logged my complaint and still there is no response. It is charging about 3 times amount. Example: 125 INR for car, but it is deducting 455 INR (truck's toll).
Worst testing, worst service. Our govt wants to copy foreign company but in regard to customer service and system they are nil.
Always they come up with reasons like Server is down....

fastag account freezed, can't able to top up my account

I have axis bank fastag account and i opened my account with aadhar card and my account shows kyc as ok but credit status became credit freeze. Unable to top-up any cash from march.
Contacted fastag toll free, they said i have to update kyc again and they told me to send all cars rc book, aadhar and pan (Which i submitted while buying fastag) to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com, scanned all documents and mailed to them. They told me to...
