I have closed my loan ac no [protected] name anuj kumar .primary loan ac holder name anuj and co holder name pradeep kumar .and still there is deduction of Rs 8233 on 08/05/2023 I (Pradeep kumar) have foreclosed loan a/c in nov 2022 vipin sharma and branch manager brajmohan sharma also present there at the time of foreclose loan. I have also ph call recording of the concerned
person they do not provide me noc. deduct my amount as mention...

Myself vinod mehra. I am regular customer of aye finance pvt ltd business loan. I have taken a business loan from aye finance. I had paid all installment on time in past. But from last few months i have seen big losses in business. My business has been failed. So that from last 2-3 months i'm not able to pay installment on times. I have requested to branch manager' mr. Sharad yadav' please covert my loan emi in lower amount. I have also given application for it. But there is no response from his side. Aye finance employees regularly came to my house and harassed me & my family. They daily visited my mothers fruit shop & threaten her and forced her to pay installment otherwise we will bring all fruits. They used very abuse language many times and harassed us. I know i am liable for loan payment but as per rbi guidelines no one can harassed us & abuse language. I will pay all installments but at this time my financial condition is not good. I need some time for this.

Today dt. 30.11.2019 aye finance four employees forcefully came in our house and use abuse languages and threaten us and ask my family "give installment today otherwise we will bring all your household goods". At this time i am not available at my house. My father's inform me, then i call to mr. Sharad yadav (Aye finance branch manager) & asked him to convey to employees to not use abuse language and don't threatened us. Mr. Sharad yadav asked me "ye to aise hi karge' jab tak aap installment pay nahi karoge". I have requested many times to mr. Sharad but he didn't respond. I have all phone recording of this incident. I want to take strict legal action against these peoples. Please support me for further process.

Me & my family already mentally harassed with this situation & now from this peoples. Please take strict action against this. I'm awaiting for your response.

Myself sanjay arora. I'm a customer of your aye finance pvt ltd since 2017.
There is a business loan running in aye finance pvt ltd named sanjay arora. Previous track of my loan is good till last month. But there was some losses in my business in last 2 months. So i'm not able to deposit the installment for these two months, installment has already been delayed. I need time for this. I don't need any mentally or physically harassment from recovery team otherwise i'll go for leagal. I will pay all pending amount with interest. So do the needful for this and revert asap.
