Late Information Delivery and Lack of Transparency on the Price of A Pacemaker

A pacemaker was implanted to my father on 13th Dec, 2021. The surgery was planned beforehand and everyone in the team of Dr. Anil Mishra ji was aware of it. However, nobody told me about the quality and price differences of the pacemaker then.
I got this information on 13th Dec, around 12 PM via a phone call from the coordinator of Dr. Anil Mishra ji, Ms. Baishakhi. She told me about the price difference that I have to pay for a better quality pacemaker, a part being paid under the CGHS.
Had I got some time in hand, I would have compared with other available pacemakers and their prices! Nevertheless, I paid the price difference as per the price quoted by Ms. Baishakhi.
I want to lodge a complaint regarding the late response and lack of transparency from Ms. Baishakhi.

not check my mother's report properly
Today on 4 december 2017 as per appointment dr dhiman kahali of bm birla hospital at 12 noon but at 4 pm our que no we visit the chamber the above mentioned doctor is not entertained properly and not see the reports properly and also not see the reports deeply he only took 5 min to see the reports and we have middle class men have paid 1000 rupees for that plz take necessary action for these matter

Negligence & Malpractice
I would like to lodge a complaint agains the doctor J P Sharma and the Hospital for negligence and malpractice which eventually resulted in the death of my husband last year.
