As per the catalogue, i have ordered for 4 kitchen products and paid Rs. 929/-. on 13/08/2022.

I have not received any response from the website neither the mail can be sent on the email id mentioned on the website.

Contact number mentioned on the website is showing by the name of "Agu Dada" and getting the message as Incoming calls have been barred.

Kindly help me in getting the refund of the amount that has been paid to this fraud site.

After receiving the amount through g pay the company sent me the acknowledgement through the gmail Dear Srine,

From online portal https://b4basket.in/ i purchased mosquitokilling racket Qty1 by paying Rs.133 via PayUbiz. Order number 167816 dated 7th august 2022. Thanafter i tried to contact b4basket customer care number [protected] and on mail [protected]@b4basket.in but both are not working . Their website address is 2confirmation or SMS received from b4basket after debit of my payment . So I understand this company is fraud and only taking money without delivering goods . My humble request you to take legal action against this company.03, avadh avenue, Near HDFC Bank, Saket, New Delhi 110017 INDIA. I got mail confirmation from PayUbiz but neither any email order .So pl. take legal action on this fraud online vendor .

I have ordered one white dress cost of 280 rupees, still not delivered and no responses they did give yet.

I ordered steam iron for Rs 266 and have not received either any communication from b4basket or have received the item.

It just said that your order will process soon.

They took his money very well but after that nothing happened,
No goods arrived nor money was received back
and incoming call has also been stopped on their given number

Government should immediately ban such company and their website

I had placed an order on B4basket through card payment but I haven't received any delivery as of now, I have tried calling the number mentioned on their site and it is a wrong number, I also dropped a mail on the email id mentioned on their account but the haven't received any response. The site is bogus and they are trying to fool the customers with extremely low prices, they accept the payment and never deliver the items
