I also ordered the gown but they sent defective saare
There page doesn’t have contact number they have support mail id so
I have mailed them text them on facebook but they dont even reply
So please i want my money back
They doing fraud to everyone so please take serious action against them.
Even i called delivery service but no action taken by them...

I ordered a green lehanga for 750rs plus 150 cod & shipping charges.
But i received a poor pathetic saree. With no bill no receipt.
Order ₹ 10134
As per the site there is return policy. I applied for amar but no response. I tried to reach them on insta and inform abt the issue and they immediately blocked me.
It's a fraud site... No number to reach ya no responses to email.. I want my money back please do not go for such sites we need to shut such types of business

Fraud site hai... Mjhe lehenga chahiye tha ek gandi si saree bejhi puri kharab bill bhi nhi diya sath bas esi hi dedia proper invoice to dete apni site par galat no. Dala hai so that no one can reach phn no. Off ja rha hai. Koi msg ya email ye tk ni dia ki order ohnch chuka hai n all. I want my money back please do not go for such sites we need to shut such types of business

Bad product cheap but my cash waste saree order but cheap bad quality color not match cloth very cheap product but return option is not approved my cash is waste

I have ordered a gown from babelooks and they had sent me damaged old dirty saree. Company name is babelooks. And the customer care number they provided is not available. I had sent mails upon this and no response.in facebook page also i messgaed. They are seeing all messages and not replying. They are just frauds. I want my money back and charging extra for shipping. And they should be punished at the earliest. I have ordered a peach colour gown and they had a sent a local saree from dust bin

I ordered a lehanga and we got a dirty saree i wish an action must be taken. As fast as you can... These ppl must not be spared! These people had been doing there site promotions on instagram and various apps... I just want my money back and nothing else this is really bad how people are fooled on the name of shopping i wish wherever these people are they must be barred and strongly taken action against i accept i must not have ordered but now what to do... I will not spare them!

I saw there add on instagram it showed multiple options like other trust worthy online shopping site hence i ordered a gown worth 800...they made a fool of me...i got a confirmatory message as booked order with order number..yesterday my parcel was delivered the courier guy asked if i know from where i ordered i said from website...he collected cash n gave it n left...when parcel was in hand i saw the label over it had only my address not the senders address only a bar code neither any bill...when i opened it i found an old n damaged infact torn second hand saree...this was a first n worst experience of online shopping yet i called back the courier guy said him it needs to be returned..then he said to apply for refund n return he ll come kater n pick once he gets a mail from that site...i forwarded a mail...to them n filled return n refund request...i dont show any acceptance on site...n..that email id provided on the website...www.babelooks.com...is just fake...n doesnt exist...they r a team of fraudulent people who r misusing our money n details...dont know how to track these fraudulent team of people who have actually created a website n put a add on instagram...fooling so many people n making hope these complaints would be beneficial in tracking these frauds...n stopping their unlaw ful activities by cheating the consumers..depriving their rights with false promising statements about their sales

I ordered an saree . Today they delivered but there is no return option. And that saree quality is so bad. I want my money back.
I order designer kurta they send me wrong dress which is saree .. I want my money refund from babelooks... Im very disappointed ...
actually they are fake, no body is getting accurate product as they are another bunty and bubbly of Internet.
Maine 600 ki kurti order ki thi babe looks se.. to mjhe cheap si saree mili.. mai chahti hu ki mere paise wapas mile aur is babe looks Ko punishment mile
Mene babelooks se disiner gawoon manwaya tha mughe bhej diya saari 900 corrier wala le gya mughe mili saari mobail namber bhi wronge nikla
