Bacca Bucci Complaints & Reviews

I have received the shoes which I ordered but those shoes were very tight and uncomfortable, so I immediately initiated a exchange request of same shoes, but company rejected my request after receiving my shoes saying that i have used those shoes. But fact is that I haven’t used them, those were very tight for me and and very uncomfortable. As soon as I received and I tried them I initiated shoes exchange request. Order no BB526768

I have ordered shoes from bacca bucci website on 7th april and i cancelled my order on same day but my money is not refund till now, i mailed him at least three times but my money not refunded

I ordered for bacca bucci ps-1030 boots on saturday 17th march and made a cash on delivery. I returned the same on monday 2nd april 2018 and filled the refund details. But the amount is still not refunded after. On the app it shows refund information required and when i go to that link and fill my refund details again it shows an error msg. As "bloop sorry something" help me get my refund back plz.

Hi Team, Regards : I haven't received my selected color shoes I have purchased Bacca Bucci Tan Men Boots - harley-007 mens shoes with selected color as mentioned in the below link on Nov 4, 2014 but when i opened it was some other color and sent a mail to them and responded back and took the shoes from me and said will deliver the selected color shoes in a week and when i got the second delivery from them and the time when i opened it was the same pair of shoes the one they collected from me and sent the same again and sent a mail to them on this and still they haven't being contacted me yet. Kindly look into the mail conversations with the " [protected]@indiatimes.co.in ". I request the team to get me the exact selected color shoes in a week delivery or refund the amount to my account.
